The app is clunky and not well thought out. Additionally, I thought I could use my points online towards something - anything, when ordering, but I found out the hard way that you can apparently only use the points at the actual restaurant. So, what’s the point then of Wind having an app and a point system if I don’t get or see any options for rewards nor can I use them? 9 times out of 10 I’m ordering take-out, so I can’t even use my points and I have over 5000 points, even though when I was ordering through the app it told me if I click through whatever, I could use them and it never gave me prompts or options. Ridiculous. Also, there’s never any promotions or discounts going on and I’ve had my email subscribed for as long as they’ve had the membership.

Utterly Useless
Tried to sign up on the app first, never got a registration code, then tried to sign up on the website and sign into app, that didn’t work either, don’t waste your time
Love it
I love that I have my reward points on an app now and that I can earn points on take out!
