About
I shoot film, and every roll used to come back the same way: 36 scans, all dated the day I scanned them. No place, no camera, nothing about the lens. In Photos they sat in a heap at the wrong end of the timeline, nowhere on the map, and search couldn't find them.
So I made Wind On.
You tap your Apple Watch when you press the shutter. That's it. The watch writes down the time, where you're standing, the frame number and the lens you're on. It buzzes so you know it took, even through a sleeve. Your phone can be in your pocket, at home, or switched off. The watch doesn't mind.
When the scans come back, put them into the app on your iPhone and write it all into Photos. Your film shots land on the right day, in the right place, with the right camera and lens, right beside what you shot on your phone.
Nothing leaves your devices. There's no account, no server, no analytics.
Needs iOS 26.2, and watchOS 26.2 for the watch.
