Will there be an update for the blue legacy app?
Please update blue legacy app for use with Alexa. Alexa is only compatible with the white windmill app. The windmill skill in Alexa only has a login screen for the white windmill app only even tho my ac is advertised as Alexa/google home compatible.
Barely enough
This is the legacy windmill app, only for older AC units. So because of that I don’t think I’ll upgrade further because at some point I’ll have some AC on the old app, and some on the new app.
The app gives the most basic of controls. Turning on/off and setting temp.
I WISH there were more options for scheduling. Setting a start and stop time when the outdoor temp is a certain number to help conserve electricity. Also scheduling different modes. So bedroom can switch to cool 30 min before bed.

Issues in iOS 16
This app is no longer working properly in iOS 16 and needs an update (device doesn’t show in the list unless you toggle list visibility). Also the AC doesn’t seem to understand Fahrenheit it only seems to work in Celsius unless you specify Fahrenheit when telling the number over Google assistant. Lastly, why do newer customers have a better and well supported app? Why punish old customers?

Wrong App?
I have a Windmill AC. I love it!! I also have the app for it which looks exactly like this one, but has inverted colors, so just get the other app. Other than that confusion, the AC is great.
Doesn’t work with smart homes
The app is fine and allows full control on its own. However, the integration with google home does not work. I am unable to change the temperature on the unit, which means I cannot set routines on it. It won’t even let me switch from celsius to fahrenheit.
App doesn’t work!!
The AC unit is great but the app is trash. It doesn’t let me register the AC units I have to control is through the app. It’s not necessary for the AC but it makes the app 100% pointless.

Horrible Unit and App
My whole house is wifi enabled devices. And I am an engineer. So I am no stranger to tech. These are the absolute worst wifi enabled devices ever.
A horrific experience
Was never able to connect my AC to the app. The instructions don’t work, and on top of that it uses an ancient protocol for Wi-Fi. The customer support didn’t help other than copying and pasting instructions we had already tried on the website.
I’m convinced the good reviews here are bots. Do not get this.

LOVE this modern and sleek AC unit and App
Continent and looks great
Barebones app
App works to schedule the unit to turn on and off but that’s all the app can do. It needs functionality to allow the temp and mode to be set for the schedule.
Also, a reminder to clean/replace filter would be nice.

Can we get:
- reminder to clean filter (monthly or customizable based on previous time cleaned)
- scheduling more than powering on/off. Schedule change in temp or switching between cooling and eco and different temps for evening and day time.
- link to manual (website) in settings, so I can brush up on the units display when it lights up or other needs to check the manual.

Really great
I didn’t think having my ac work on my phone would be such a big deal but it’s really been awesome.
Does not work
Have tried for a week and the app will not find the ac. This feature was the only reason I bought the AC and it does not work.
Awesome app - very intuitive
App is super intuitive and perfect for controlling my AC when I’m not in my apt
