Authentication is a messy maze
Logging in got so much worse and filled with friction recently. If you’re enabling 2FA, can’t you do it like everyone else where the code comes after a regular login/password entry? And after the tenant opts in to do so? Also, you don’t play nice with 1Password or iOS keychain at all, and I have to toggle to my number pad to enter my phone number and can’t use keyboard shortcuts to enter my phone number either.
Also don’t force people to log in again so soon.

It’s poorly made
Signing into this app is a nightmare. Asks for a phone number to start. Sends you a code. Only then does it ask for login info—but doesn’t actually work with keychain. So, hopefully you remember a password for the obscure residential app you occasionally have to use. No face/Touch ID. Just amateur all around

Great way to stay connected
I saw some reviews that say that there are a lot of bugs. I didn’t have any issues getting in. I’m on an iPhone X if that makes any difference.
This offers a great way to stay connected with not only people in the community, but different coupons and things around the area as well. I love that bulletin board feature as well! So nice to be able to communicate with other residents that way!

Only 4 communities
Downloaded this to try and use at my community and it turns out to verify your account it only gives the option of 4 Windsor communities.
Activation code screen is blank and is all green.
This app has lots of bugs, I don’t know why it’s not been fixed in so many months.
Once I fill in my apt information , it sends an activation code(one time verification code), but screen on the app goes blank , there is no way to move forward and if you close the app and open it again the same thing happens.

Lot of bugs
Cannot validate the account with the number because the page disappear. Tested on iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 7 Plus !
