I love Wine Spies as it allows me explore wines from all regions and grape types. The comprehensive agents’ reviews of each wine help in making educated selections based on your palate and interests. Most of the wine we’ve tried we have enjoyed and have repeated purchase when they become available.
As for the app/web would like to have the capability of rating the wines I have purchased for future reference even if the information is for my consumption only.

Skeptical at first but wildly impressed
We have had a few delivery issues and sadly breakages in transit. Their customer support is world class. We have had some great wines. Opus, 2nd growths, and cult cabs we never knew about. After 5 cases purchased we are

Wine spies is awesome, starting with the selection of wines but it goes beyond that, the customer service is great as well as their policies; like (they will hold bottles until you fill a case, then Ship it for free).

On to my fifth shipment from WS and it still surprises hm money I save buying from them vs. local stores. Sometimes I get 50-75% off retail for same bottles. Free shipping as well. You can’t beat their deals or customer service.
Customer Service
Do not expect good customer service or any response from this group. Have tried to reach someone with no luck. Requested to have a case shipped from my locker. Paid for ice packs. Order was packed, according to their website on the 20th of February. It is now February 25th and UPS still has no tracking info or any information on where the shipment is. They have good prices but don’t expect your wine to show up promptly and it most likely will be cooked if you live in Florida like I do.

Exceptional Customer Service
I accidentally order my locker to ship before it was full I contacted them right away. Thinking I would get an AI response and it take awhile. I was pleasantly surprised when Agent Blanc got right back to me a real person. They corrected my error immediately.

Tried this wine a while ago on a whim and hoped I’d see it again. My full case order arrived today and it excels as a weekday red. Spoiled from now…! If I see it again, might have to back up the truck!! Full bodied with fruit on the front end and to my surprise, lasting finish without the “Paso pepper”. Doesn’t need food to enjoy so if you have one, cheers!

Tasted later the same
Tasted the next day no good
I brought it for my daughters 50 Birthday
Glad I had other wine!
all who tasted it had the same opinion
I don’t believe this wine will ever develop
I want my money back!
This wine isn’t worth any price !
definitely should be advertised as bad wine and was poured out after many attempts
