Terrific Business Model
I love this app for purchasing top tier wines at affordable prices! You make even a single bottle purchase and they keep it in a climate controlled “locker” until you have a case and they ship it to you for free! You can keep multiple lockers on hold until you’re comfortable with the temperature in your area.

Value phenomenal, customer service excellen
Agents Blanc and Shiraz have been super helpful with a couple orders that got a little sideways. I look forward to the daily emails… teasers… and frequently can’t say no. I have a great cellar thanks to Wine Spies
Excellent wines at an excellent price.
I really love the selection on wine spies, I do wish they’d have more whites on their daily deals but I do love the reds.
First Locker ! So excited
Paid for ice in shipment …..No ice was in box !
Top Notch
Incredible wines for incredible prices! Best customer service ever!
Exceptional Customer Service
I received a follow up call from Customer Service to a series of emails that I had sent regarding proper application of a discount coupon. I never expected a call and I was impressed with how concerned they were that my issue had been resolved to my satisfaction. Have been a customer for five years and will continue to buy from wine spies.

To explore and enjoy
I love Wine Spies as it allows me explore wines from all regions and grape types. The comprehensive agents’ reviews of each wine help in making educated selections based on your palate and interests. Most of the wine we’ve tried we have enjoyed and have repeated purchase when they become available.
As for the app/web would like to have the capability of rating the wines I have purchased for future reference even if the information is for my consumption only.
Love the selections, prices and service.

Skeptical at first but wildly impressed
We have had a few delivery issues and sadly breakages in transit. Their customer support is world class. We have had some great wines. Opus, 2nd growths, and cult cabs we never knew about. After 5 cases purchased we are
Big fans.

Awesome
Wine spies is awesome, starting with the selection of wines but it goes beyond that, the customer service is great as well as their policies; like (they will hold bottles until you fill a case, then Ship it for free).
Awesome people, great selection
On to my fifth shipment from WS and it still surprises hm money I save buying from them vs. local stores. Sometimes I get 50-75% off retail for same bottles. Free shipping as well. You can’t beat their deals or customer service.
Customer Service
Do not expect good customer service or any response from this group. Have tried to reach someone with no luck. Requested to have a case shipped from my locker. Paid for ice packs. Order was packed, according to their website on the 20th of February. It is now February 25th and UPS still has no tracking info or any information on where the shipment is. They have good prices but don’t expect your wine to show up promptly and it most likely will be cooked if you live in Florida like I do.

Poor service & response

Amazing
This by far is one of the most exciting wine apps on the market. Sales are fantastic, pricing is amazing, and the app is easy to use. Very fast pace with new deals sometimes hourly. You will love this app in the company is amazing.
Wine Spies is the best in the biz!
Call me biased, but Wine Spies is the only place I get my wine from. The high quality app, world class customer service, tremendous wines at all price points and incredible prices. What’s not to like. The Locker feature makes it possible to try out wines I might have otherwise passed on. Great for exploring the world of wine. Never had a bad bottle!

Exceptional Customer Service
I accidentally order my locker to ship before it was full I contacted them right away. Thinking I would get an AI response and it take awhile. I was pleasantly surprised when Agent Blanc got right back to me a real person. They corrected my error immediately.
Their selection of Wines are impressive enough but their customer service is above a beyond. Thank you so much

Sculpterra Maquette Yum
Tried this wine a while ago on a whim and hoped I’d see it again. My full case order arrived today and it excels as a weekday red. Spoiled from now…! If I see it again, might have to back up the truck!! Full bodied with fruit on the front end and to my surprise, lasting finish without the “Paso pepper”. Doesn’t need food to enjoy so if you have one, cheers!
