Bad app and bad service
The app deleted my cart so I can’t order what I wanted. And all discounts are not usable since all wines are non discounted. I used to love wine dot.com. Now I order sometimes but prefer other sites or stores. You’ll soon lose me as a customer

I am a bit surprised that shipping is no longer free, but I guess 50% OFF is better than nothing.

How come every time I try to use a discount almost every bottle I select... comes back that it can't be discounted. Use to never have that happen. Now happens all the time. After 10 years I'm done
Bait and Switch
As a long time customer I note that most of the discount coupons only are for non-registered users. Offers that are provided like JAN25 entice you to order, only to find a lot of restrictions pre-emptying their use. I’m considering switching to a different vendor.
Promotion
Received a bottle from a friend and in the package was a 20% off voucher, yet no place to load it into the online payment system when purchasing off your website.
