Thank goodness this app exists!

Super happy to be able to connect to my Oupes Guardian 6000 with this app, and it appears I can make all the configurations I need. The default Oupes app titled Cleanergy won’t connect and is therefore useless.

S2

Wi fi doesnt work. Time of charging empty station doesnt correct. If My TV connects to the station and station is on, in case if electricity is off, tv also off. Please fix it

Wi-fi won’t connect

Latest update (1.2.3)

This company has poured an unimaginable amount of effort into locking you out of your own hardware.

Bluetooth works fine and is local. But once you use Wi-Fi, everything is routed through the cloud — even when you're on the same local network.

When you're right next to the device, the app is fairly reliable. But the moment you're away — or worse, offline — it becomes unusable. The app doesn't talk directly to the device. Instead, it sends requests to the vendor's cloud, which then polls your battery every 1–3 seconds, just to keep the connection alive.

This breaks everything the moment your internet goes down — which is ironic, considering this is a battery. Batteries are supposed to shine in remote or off-grid environments. This one requires a cloud server to stay responsive.

They could’ve earned trust by allowing local access and letting users monitor their own devices. Instead, they chose to harvest the data and lock you out.

Also, despite claiming “Data Not Collected” in the App Store, this app transmits device identifiers, MAC addresses, firmware versions, and usage patterns to a remote cloud server multiple times a minute — even for local operation. This is misleading at best. Time to report this to Apple.

A shameful and short-sighted design. Do better.
