App continues to disconnect from the mega5. It’s been happening for months with no fix or update.

App needs help

The app is very unstable it would be good if all the options would be in English instead of Chinese. I try the lower power and part of the text was in Chinese. It is very hard to sync the Bluetooth and it gets unlinked very easily. Remote monitoring is not working consistently since Bluetooth does not stay linked.

Will not connect

The power works great. The app is completely useless still. I’ve everyday for a week and the two will never talk to each other. Cannot get the app to connect at all.

Great realtime up date of my generator love the fact I can control everything via my phone. I recently purchase a MEGA 3 Oupes generator with 6 solar panels am still playing around with it so far I am very happy with it .
