Poor app
App continues to disconnect from the mega5. It’s been happening for months with no fix or update.
App needs help
The app is very unstable it would be good if all the options would be in English instead of Chinese. I try the lower power and part of the text was in Chinese. It is very hard to sync the Bluetooth and it gets unlinked very easily. Remote monitoring is not working consistently since Bluetooth does not stay linked.

This app doesn’t have the features described in their own video. The app is different than what is promised.
Will not connect
The power works great. The app is completely useless still. I’ve everyday for a week and the two will never talk to each other. Cannot get the app to connect at all.

Great realtime up date of my generator love the fact I can control everything via my phone. I recently purchase a MEGA 3 Oupes generator with 6 solar panels am still playing around with it so far I am very happy with it .

Flat out cannot pair with my Mega Two using Bluetooth. Device shows pairing mode but it just doesn't connect. Very disappointing

Terrible app
We’ve had good luck with our Mega 2 over the past 4-5 months, but the app is terrible at keeping a bluetooth connection. Come on guys, all the other brands of power stations have a usable app, you can do it. One of the reasons we purchases this Mega 2 was because of the form factor which would fit into a specific space, and the app would keep me from lying on my stomach to see status, etc. please make this app work!

Good power station, bad app
Tried for hours to get the app to work, keeps disconnecting on bluetooth and wifi, no matter what it fails. I’d like to see this work as the power station is used on an RV and hard to get to everytime i want to check status. My other power statons have great apps so i know its doable

Dead Unit
I currently have a dead Mega 5. No response from OUPES.

I just got my machine today. Download the app & I agree with the others it’s not a good app . I took over a hour to get it done turn off the machine and our power went out ok this why we got it for so I turned on lights, plug in the refrigerator turned on my router and Wi-Fi & the app isn’t working I’ve gone back through all the steps & nothings. App needs work.

App does not connect to generator
This app does not connect to the battery - I can’t give it any rating for function until the developer fixes this huge problem.

The app can’t locate the unit. The connection via Bluetooth and WiFi both super poor and glitchy.
Horrible
If you are going to translate an app from Chinese at least put some effort into it. It will not connect to WiFi and asks for too many permissions. Please do better.
