Идиотизм
У меня айфон 14, с первой секунды открывая приложение, нижняя часть наполовину видна, в любом виде игры. Я не знаю, так задумано в игре? Я думаю также на 10 и выше айфонах такая тема. Последнее обновление аж год назад,я думаю не самое айс приложение игры. Да и по названию игры в поиске его не находит. Это наверное одноразовое на пофиг игра?

Lousy customer service
I have had this game since October 2018 and almost 2 weeks ago it stopped downloading at 75%. Nothing wrong with my internet or other apps. I tried using customer care email on the website and as a contact on the game. The emails were rejected saying that the system was down. I called apple they said it was the game not my iPad. I followed directions given buy the company and apple to restore the game…nothing. Then 3 days later it came back on with none of my previous coins or status and a different id number. Fortunately, I had taken pictures of all my data and my account numbers, however, I have emailed the customer service 23 times with no response. Over the last several years I have spent lots of money on this app to achieve my status and the coins. All I want is for the my account to be restored, otherwise they need to refund my money!

Have been playing on this app for years, suddenly it will not load
(gets to 75%, then stops). Emails to customer support come back as undeliverable due to no account at that email address. Does anyone know what is going on?
