Worst Company
Last year they ended up switching our towers to Verizon which is the worst coverage ever. Recently, we went out of town and for some reason our coverage went in the trash and we basically ended up stranded in an unknown town with no service for over 24 hours having to try and find restaurants with WIFI.
NOW, we are trying to switch providers and they basically hold your account number and Port ID hostage by having you contact customer service. No one answers you. I’ve been on “hold” for 2.5 hours. They make it impossible for you to get your information. It’s not on any of the invoices or in your accounts online or in app.
Probably the worst company to go with. Stick with your main providers, it’s not worth it!
Just Don’t
Now? They switched towers and providers and in lucky if I get my phone to work on 4 bars. My bill is different almost every month, my data shuts off by itself and doesn’t work until I contact them and they reset it.
Trash.
Wing service
error error
time. I also haven’t been getting great service around my house. I have a data plan and only wifi is what gets me online. Not happy at all.
Love Wing
Terrible customer service, cheated me out of money
Cheap, but they will practically rob you blind if you aren’t careful
If you want a service you can contact, look elsewhere
The last time I tried to cancel my plan, they promised me a lower rate, beginning with the next billing cycle. When that billing cycle rolls around, what do I find? The same rate as before—not the new one I was promised. Bc it’s so hard to get a hold of them, I decided it wasn’t worth trying to follow up over a ~$7.00 difference in cost. Oh, by the way: They’ve been slowly increasing their rates over the years.
The final straw is they promised me a new SIM card to replace a faulty one (that they sent to me as part of their network upgrade) and I am still waiting for it a week later. That’s a whole week without cell phone service, while paying for said service. Currently waiting to hear back from them after both emailing and initiating multiple chats so I can port my number out and move on with my life.
It’s really too bad, because I’m sure the employees work hard. I hope Wing sorts itself out so there are fewer customers in situations like mine.
Horrible customer service!
Love Wing

Was cool until it wasn’t
Customer service. My biggest pet peeve with this new era we’re going into where ppl will cut corners on a personal touch just to save a dollar. Messaging and texting a person for help is great for some things, but when a 5 minute task takes 40 minutes, this is utterly ridiculous.
In wanting to switch carriers, the conversation was dragged out for like an hour and I was extorted into paying $18 just to get my number (which I’ve had for 20 years) released. They said it was because we were two days into the new billing cycle, but I had been trying to call their customer service for at least 2 days.
I’ve never gotten anyone on the phone at Wing. If little things like this annoy you (you know, because your phone is essential and it’s an expense that’s locked in), I would pass.
Amazing new mobile company
Forced updates
Service problem
App is kinda useless
App is useless though. It is very very limited on what account changes you can do yourself. It is basically setup auto pay or change with an agent and if you need to change with an agent you will most likely get transferred a few times around and each time you have to confirm information and also a verification code. Even if you done so 3 minutes ago.
