Content not related to our RV
Entered the VIN for our RV. It recognized the correct model but there is only 7-8 videos available as tutorials and NONE of them relate to functions in our RV.
W app is worthless
W put the wrong year in when creating an account. Took forever to delete and enter the right year.
Then, showed the wrong model for a table video. The checklists are just plain juvenile. This app just reflects the lack of quality in vans and inattention to detail.

Really cool
I love being able to control the lights in my View without needing to go to the switch or display. It feels very similar to how I have my smart home stuff set up.
Useless
Not useful. App can’t find my unit when I supplied the vin. No useful information provided by app. What’s the point of the app?
No Content
There is very little content in this app. Nothing for my 2022 Minnie Winnie 31k. They could at least post the manuals in the app. Winnebago please put content in your app like how to do maintenance, winterizing, sealing, etc.
App doesn’t open
The new version doesn’t even open. It was a bad update…

Had it for a year and still can’t figure it out.

Tried multiple times to open Winnebago App before update and after updating. Acts like it will then shuts down and goes back to hone screen. ???

This crashes every single time I try to start it on my iPad.
Application Fails
This app suddenly fails to load on my iPhone. Thought maybe they deleted or stopped supporting this app which I think I used three-four months ago to learn about my 2015 Winnebago Sunstar.
Can no longer open app
The last update 1.1.4 crashes and doesn’t open.
Worthless
This app is worthless, there is no useful information provided. No manuals, no RV specific tutorials and/or useful information. It’s so comically bad that if Winnebago sees this review I would suggest you fire your entire app team. How hard is it to upload manuals and O&M’s and synced them with the users RV? How does a company this big produce something so laughably bad. Good thing the last update let me tie my phone number to my account….

Impossible to sign into app
Changed password many times and get all the verifications of success and still errors out upon login attempt. Little usable information when I was able to use the app several months ago. Sorta like my 2024 Winnebago Vita that was built by a person who literally reversed ALL of the wiring connections and installed the shower handle upside down.

Useful App
Provides helpful content for my Revel. The overall experience is intuitive and the how-to videos and maintenance checklists are great for keeping up with simple tasks. Looking forward to more content being added.

Does not work
This is by far the hardest app to install. Finally gave up.
Don't bother adding app
The app is worthless. I tried 3 times to submit a request to Customer Service and kept getting error messages. Then tried repeatedly to save data to my profile and it just won't save. Save yourself the hassle
No entry for Access RV model
App doesn’t list the Class C Access as a model, so unavailable to add RV.

Brand New Vista NP
And my new rig is not even listed in the app. Needed key information because the printed manual is missing so many pages. Sloppy.
