System Bricked by Update
The latest update rendered our system useless. Can’t connect directly by phone or remotely and what’s worse, now my inverter and charger are disabled. The module has no power when plugged in, and when we disconnect it, we can get the inverter and charger back on the main screen working. We called and troubleshot it, did required flash drive updates with no change. They want to charge us $1000 for a new one when their update rendered our coach electric system disabled. We also lost ability to use our slides and control certain lights. Complete nightmare! Our 25,000 followers all want to know how your required update causes your system to fail. Is this so you can charge us $1000 to replace it? Seems rather deceptive.

Having a very good experience
The app is extremely convenient residing on my iPhone. It seems well laid out and the user interface, at least to me, works well. Very satisfied.
Battery Life
App will suck your battery down quickly. Once open it stays running in the background. It needs better energy management and to be able to turn off background mode. Close after every use.
Don’t update the module or the app
My husband updated the module without telling me today. The mobile app no longer works. The touchpad thinks we don’t have the wireless module. Other RV’rs have the same issue. So disappointed.
Can’t connect via Bluetooth
I can’t get this app to connect to my firefly system in my 2020 Winnebago, it is stuck in an endless loop of “attempting to connect locally”. Little frustrating
