Locked Out
I am unable to edit or delete Scheduled Events. As a result, CZone turns on my settings for Summer (A/C), no matter the temperature. I don’t want A/C in the Winter. I want heat!!!
When it works it’s not half bad
Jeez! This thing crashes every time I try to select monitor. I’ve sent dozens and dozens of reports and haven’t seen any changes to make the app more stable. Please get this fixed! This was a big reason on why I upgraded to the latest Airstream.
Inconsistent
I’ve had problems with the app since day one. It constantly tells me that my trailer is not online and the app can’t connect. AS reset this once after a very lengthy back and forth with customer service and their IT department. It worked for a few months and then the same behavior started again. Funny thing is that the app is actually connected to the trailer and I get alerts and alarms pushed to my phone, but it’s only one-way communication - I can’t control the trailer at all with the app. Very frustrating.

Good idea, bad execution
I can sometimes control from the app. The trailer responds but the app tells me it wasn’t able to process. Defeats the purpose of trying to control the RV through the app.
