Locked Out
I am unable to edit or delete Scheduled Events. As a result, CZone turns on my settings for Summer (A/C), no matter the temperature. I don’t want A/C in the Winter. I want heat!!!
When it works it’s not half bad
Jeez! This thing crashes every time I try to select monitor. I’ve sent dozens and dozens of reports and haven’t seen any changes to make the app more stable. Please get this fixed! This was a big reason on why I upgraded to the latest Airstream.
Inconsistent
I’ve had problems with the app since day one. It constantly tells me that my trailer is not online and the app can’t connect. AS reset this once after a very lengthy back and forth with customer service and their IT department. It worked for a few months and then the same behavior started again. Funny thing is that the app is actually connected to the trailer and I get alerts and alarms pushed to my phone, but it’s only one-way communication - I can’t control the trailer at all with the app. Very frustrating.

Good idea, bad execution
I can sometimes control from the app. The trailer responds but the app tells me it wasn’t able to process. Defeats the purpose of trying to control the RV through the app.
Utter garbage
The app, router and all related function are utter garbage. Nothing ever works. It doesn’t connect. Now WiFi doesn’t even work and I can remotely control anything. It forces a router update on me and it broke the last bit of remaining functionality. Airstream is not an IT company and it shows. It’s barely a trailer company either, you don’t want to see my review for the rest of the trailer either…

Can control but…
I’m getting a lot of errors. The app keeps telling me it was unable to execute the command, but then sometimes it works. Was working well, now not so much - makes it much less helpful. Considering the connected service was one reason I bought a classic, this is disappointing.
Not working right since most recent update
Following the most recent update, I cannot control or monitor anything unless I’m in the Airstream and connected to the primary network (the in-house router). This completely defeats the purpose of the app. Before, I was able to monitor and control off my cellular data and off any other Wi-Fi connection from afar. Please fix this!!!

This app works great and I love that I can still have control of what’s going on with my Airstream while away. It makes me feel really comfortable leaving my dog in there.

I love this app.
I can keep an eye on my Airstream near and far. I can close my awning and turn on the AC from the hiking trail. My other Airstream friends are jealous!

By far the best app control I’ve seen for any RV. Airstream’s smart control app makes monitoring and controlling my Classic intuitive, regardless of where I am.

Great update!
So far I’m very pleased with this update. It’s much more easy to use and connecting to and managing the local network is much improved. I’d still like to see more of the Czone controls in the app but all in all I am very happy. I’m also happy to see regular updates are happening which tells me they are actively working on improvements. Well done.

Nice improvements, but new problems
While I like the new layouts I have three main concerns. First you can open your fans up remotely but you can’t shut the fan. Must be done on the Czone display. Secondly you can’t monitor your black water tank. Must be done from Czone. And lastly the schedule events does not work. Tried using remote and local connection.
I have successfully programmed my air conditioner and shades ant it works great now.
As for the black water it appears to be working now.
The fan still works the same. You turn it on, cover opens and fan turn on. Turn fan off an the cover is still open.

Stopped working 2019 30 Classic
The app no longer connects to the systems on the AS despite having deleted and reloaded a few times. Great idea crummy execution!
Works Ok if you are close by.
I use it a lotto service tanks etc. we ar able to use it for setting AC temps also. But once you are out of line of sight, even with good internet, nope. It is intermittent at best. Once sitting in my truck right in front of the trailer the thing refused to control the awning so I had to get out in the sudden rain and do it myself. Overall OK but don't rely on this thing to close your awning if you are miles away. It wont work.

Very good
I know people like to rant, but this is a great app. I use it to check levels in tanks all th time, I love that. Are the levels perfect? Just as perfect as RV levels usually are, directionally accurate. If it says I am at 90%, that is different than zero.
I also use it to check my black tank level while flushing so I don’t have to guess or relay a message from inside. Very helpful.
It works well for me and I find it useful.
One thing I wish they would add is the ability to check if the water pump is on or off and turn it on or off. I would use that for peace of mind when I am away and wonder. Just like , did you lock the door? I don’t use it as much when I am at the camper but I do use it when I am away.

Very basic and barely works
This app bums me out. It’s not fit to carry the Airstream name. It’s slow, lacks features, often shows an incorrect status of a thing, sometimes doesn’t control the things you adjust. Example, turning on the AC doesn’t work sometimes. Same with lights. Light options are very limited as well. Lots to say but this isn’t the place. Hoping for major improvements soon.
