Top class customer service
The only issue I’m having with this app is that I have to keep logging in even though I’ve asked it to remember me. Other than that every time I have an issue, I just use WhatsApp to contact their number and I get a reply straight away, very good.
Offline
When I go into the app the gps says offline but shows online when I login using a web browser.

Why hasn't the Arabic language been added? There are hundreds of millions of people who speak Arabic. We hope the developer will add it.

Used you work ok even though it was a little buggy not it’s completely useless since the last update can’t log in even after contacting support

Cannot access my account, online help is just refusing to help - what a waste of time and money
Update is worse
Even though sometimes there is a slight location error, probably due to satellite connectivity, older versions worked relatively well. However, the last two updates have introduced the following:
1. Initially the app corresponded
2. Update. It was no longer possible to watch History at a normal playback pace. Even at the slowest speed, it was too fast to see the playback, though possible to control by holding the progression with a finger.
3. Latest Update. The app no longer memorizes the Device ID. Every time we leave, we have to enter it again. The app no longer accepts 2 device IDs for 2 trackers.
Please correct this and revert to the lost features.

Worked well for the past 4 years then two days ago it wouldn’t let me log in or re set password , it asks to send a verification code to re set the password but doesn't send one , i now have a useless GPS tracker attatched to my car

Hello . I have a problem with changing SIM cards, how do I change the number in the application?
Maps not working
It worked fine for a few months then the maps stopped working, I tried customer support with no answer in any of the support emails provided, I can se the location and coordinates but I can’t see the maps it’s just blank.

I am very happy. This product is exactly what I wanted. Yes. I accept the print size of the User Manual is small. And Yes the page layout goes left to right when my old eyes read up to down. But don’t let these one-off niggles put you off. This is a brilliant product.

Well it was supposed to be real time that doesn’t work too well I have to keep refreshing to see where the car is and it’s not entirely accurate I’m really upset, I’m trying to get a number to contact these people and I cannot find a number anywhere so not very happy

This app is a little dated on the looks department but you know whats? its free and it works. All the other tracker apps charge obscene subscription fees-£40/£50 PER YEAR! -absolutely ridiculous! I like this tracker a lot- its simple and good enough for my uses without trying to rip me off.
