Don’t need a second app
Forcing me to download another app just to buy these stupid tickets makes me not even wanna go
Bad integration
There is no need to have two different places to go for tickets. I bought tickets to Saturdays game direct from the Jets, and I bought tickets to Mondays game through TM. I’d like to see both games in one spot but I can’t. One game is stored in TM, the other in the Jets app. When TM tries to take you over to the Jets app, the password doesn’t go with it, meaning you need to authenticate your credentials twice. However , I’m being told my Jets PW is wrong, and when I ask for a code, it never comes. For extra fun? I logged into my Jets account from a desktop and guess what? My PW works just fine. The app isn’t getting realtime updates from TM leading to this endless loop. From a technology perspective this is an easy fix and shouldn’t be a problem for an app that’s existed for ten years now

Spent so many pucks
Never heard of a single friend or family winning on this app like what a waste of time especially going to the game having to do all this stuff sure they let you have a free shot glass but that comes at a cost you have to go to the games to just to complete some quests which aren’t worth it btw considering fans and I alike pay alot of money to to to the games beer isn’t worth it but the jet dogs damn good forsure!

Syncing is not seamless
Bought tickets and the app is refusing to sync the accounts and customer service is non-existent
