Don’t need a second app
Forcing me to download another app just to buy these stupid tickets makes me not even wanna go
Bad integration
There is no need to have two different places to go for tickets. I bought tickets to Saturdays game direct from the Jets, and I bought tickets to Mondays game through TM. I’d like to see both games in one spot but I can’t. One game is stored in TM, the other in the Jets app. When TM tries to take you over to the Jets app, the password doesn’t go with it, meaning you need to authenticate your credentials twice. However , I’m being told my Jets PW is wrong, and when I ask for a code, it never comes. For extra fun? I logged into my Jets account from a desktop and guess what? My PW works just fine. The app isn’t getting realtime updates from TM leading to this endless loop. From a technology perspective this is an easy fix and shouldn’t be a problem for an app that’s existed for ten years now

Spent so many pucks
Never heard of a single friend or family winning on this app like what a waste of time especially going to the game having to do all this stuff sure they let you have a free shot glass but that comes at a cost you have to go to the games to just to complete some quests which aren’t worth it btw considering fans and I alike pay alot of money to to to the games beer isn’t worth it but the jet dogs damn good forsure!

Can no longer download jets tickets anymore without being forced to add this app,
Syncing is not seamless
Bought tickets and the app is refusing to sync the accounts and customer service is non-existent

I can’t get the app to open. Yes I’ve shut off my phone and restarted it. I can’t delete and reinstall the app because it won’t stay open long enough to be deleted! Can you please help me?
A fan favorite
The jets app is incredibly good for daily checks and if you want to see how the AHL moose are, this app is very useful for a jets fan, Go jets!
Took pucks received no reward
I spent 2 pucks to claim a reward, was supposed to get an email within 72 hrs with further instructions but it never arrived. No response from support.

garbage shovelware
this app signed me out due to inactivity, which is fine. i just tried to sign back in but forgot my password. after hitting the “forgotten password” button i was informed that a code would be sent to my email, which is standard.
however, no code was forthcoming! i checked that i had entered the correct email address from previous correspondence, i checked the trash and junk files but nothing was delivered! i tried this multiple times. this junky app won’t send a confirmation email.
this is the pinnacle of incompetence with regards to app design. how are you going to expect me to spend even a penny with this trash if you can’t master sending a flipping email? terrible, just awful

Can’t get ny Ticketmaster to link up
Website won’t come up and it’s blank. On my iPad it works but my new iPhone 16 pro max it doesn’t tried setting and everything not working other then that the app is great

Impressive
It’s refreshing to see such a polished and professional app.
Doesn’t report on most Jets news
This is a good app, but it doesn’t report on enough news, it only reports on the big Jets and Moose news so I have to go to other apps to get get my Jets information.
Reviews are a joke
These reviews are a joke. No say g this about the collection of reviews. I have tried to leave several reviews criticizing g the app’s total lack of support but they never show up in this list.

Is great, has all the features and a rewards system.
Goal notification
The siren notification is at times a good minute or two (sometimes even more) behind the actual goal! Why bother having the feature if it can’t happen when the goal actually happens!
Useless
The app is awful because when you tap on thing it opens up a web browser. Why have an app if it is going to take you out of the app and use a web browser when you want to see something
