Won’t show need to transfer, among other problems. The old,old system was far better.
Bus times disappearing?
This service is so unreliable. Waiting for the 38 which is well on its way to me according to GPS. Then all of a sudden it disappears off the map, and any other schedules! Had to wait another half an hour! And yet that bus was another 5 minutes late. This system can go to hell.
Your bus schedules suck
Only got like 3 buses that are accurate and the rest have schedules half an hour late or early and some maps made by a different company are more accurate when they don’t even departure buses
Excellent App!
Besides the cancelled buses and buses that disappear, the app still performs well and does the job great!
Ghost Buses
The app constantly shows “ghost buses” — buses appear in real-time tracking but never arrive or pass the stop while still shown as coming. This issue happens far too often and makes the app unreliable.

the amount of appointments i’ve missed from busses full on disappearing is disgusting. absolutely would rate lower if it was possible.
Horrible
It's horrible, buses keep disappearing.. It says it's close and disappears in a minute and doesn't arrive. Sometimes several buses don't arrive on time!!!
Non existent scheduling
Would rate lower if possible, every morning I take the blue line, and every single morning there is 1 or more instances of busses just never showing up for their scheduled times. Terrible scheduling and planning
False info
Ever since the bus routes changed it has told me the bus has already passed when I know it hasn’t and it ends up coming 10 mins later, it had happened to me every morning since I’ve took the new buses

It’s not an intuitive app for a typical person and I would like the ability to nickname routes once added to favourites.
Unreliable schedule
You can not plan based on the bus schedule in this app better to use apps like Transit which has live update feature

Schedule changed since the bus route changed on June 29 but no one update the app！This app is killing me now for always causing me wait for 20min＋ what would happen in Winter？？？？

Feels like I am carrying a printed page in my pocket, cause the content updates are quite unreliable. The app says bus is running late I choose to walk then the bus shows up
Incomplete Route View
The details in the route view are missing, glitch ?
The bus.
The problems with the app are just when the bus is late and instead of putting it will be 30 mins late instead it says 2 mins late and keeps pushing it back out leaving you at the stop getting more annoyed how the 2 mins late turns into 3,4,5,20,22 mins late every time you refresh. Or when the bus is late and instead of saying cancelled, it just puts the bus on the schedule for it to pass by you 30 mins later saying not in service with people still in it. Also whats going on with the safety on the bus. I as well as so many other people feel completely unsafe. How many more stabbings and killings and fights is it gonna take for someone to do something about this. Like why do people feel scared to get to work in the morning and dread going home at night? When is the safety gonna get fixed? I would take a late bus any day over the chance of being stabbed to death. Please make the bus more safe because I constantly worry about my family as well as myself.

Difficult to use
The app is difficult to use. The major streets have white type on light grey, making them hard to read. If you don’t enter the information in just the right order, nothing shows up on the map. You can’t choose to see a complete bus route in the route planning screen, which is standard in other apps. The information is there, it’s just that app isn’t very intuitive and can be frustrating to use.

Poor information
This app is poor. Scheduling for times later in the can not be done. Can only get options for buses leaving in the next 30 minutes or so.

Why did the city have to change something that was working to something that makes no sense at all and making people and seniors walk further and hope they catch the right bus? Where are the city’s brains??? I’m 73 and fortunately still drive, but one day I won’t be able to drive and be forced to take something that makes absolutely no sense.

Why change what’s broken

This review has nothing to do with the app, it’s 100% attacking the brand new Transit System that has gone into affect.
So I live with someone who knows the transit system, or that would’ve been the case if they didn’t change the gosh dang system around!!!!
Whoever changed the routes and such around is quite literally one of the most dumb people on this entire planet.
First, why did they make Polo Park route 2 buses to get there instead of keeping an one route system?!
Second, just why did they get rid of some of the best stops, along with the rerouting of some of the best routes to get to several places?!
Honestly I wouldn’t be too surprised if 3 1 1 got at least quite a few calls complaining about this system this day of the review, the rest of the month, and the entire time that this system stays up for.
Fire anyone who suggested the changing of the routes and get some people who can fix the buses!
Also just tossing this in here as a bonus review, Can the people at Winnipeg Transit get better bus drivers like please, the people don’t want to deal with these dumb routes with some of the worst bus drivers ever for the rest of my life!
