50 cents added to cost is fraud
50 cents added to cost is fraud , entitled polices . Parking lot is beast up and no space to park or exit truck. App is one of 3 ways to pay. Other two fail regularly and this option is only one that works regularly.50 cents for convenience is what is said when charged.
Worst experience
Got triple charged on May 20, 2026. Customer service rep told me it’s their technical issue and will have someone look into it and refund the money in 5 to 7 business days. 2 weeks went by, no refund still. Contacted customer service again, the other rep told me the same thing. Now it’s June 25, 2026, still no refund. This is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time contacting their customer service rep as they can’t do anything about any issues you encountered, just a waste of your time. Use your time more wisely doing something more meaningful.

When I went to pay for an extension for parking, I was granted free time. It meant be because I had already paid a lot. Still appreciated it.
