Easily the worst parking app. It forces a lengthy registration and strictly requires manual credit card entry—including card number, expiration date, and CVV. No Apple Pay support at all! If you don't have your physical card, you simply can't pay. Compared to China, where a quick QR scan and license plate entry finish payment in seconds, this app is dangerously primitive. 1 star.

Different Prices
Different prices between meter $3.50 per hour and hang tag app at $3.00 per hour, which includes a convenience fee??? What is the convenience? Just a way to take more money.
Horrible app
The interface is atrocious, and additionally it’s so rare that the payment successfully goes through. I’ve gotten three parking tickets directly related to the app being poor where as I’ve never had the same problem through apps such as zipby, pay by phone etc.

The worst rip off app ever! You pay no receipt/no active session! Your profile remains but when you seek customer service the only option, chat, keeps telling you to upgrade to the latest version and then cuts you off…even though you just downloaded the latest version!!! Total towing setup scam!!!&
Wonderful but…
Hangtag has been most responsive. However, when there has been need to talk to someone there is no person who answers .. it is all automated. Has AI now started to replace and threaten a great platform for the times when families and staff at a hospital need help?

Buggy App - Don Not Use
The app does not work with the lot number provided, had to manually find the lot using location. Paying is a hassle, the app gets stuck once you hit “Buy Now”. I got a ticket because the app wasn’t working and they told me I should pay online if it wasn’t working. I mean sure but how am I supposed to know that?! Why even have the app advertised in the lots if you’re supposed to pay online!!

Has to be the worst parking app
Tried to use this garbage app today, it couldn’t find the parking lot I was at even when I could see it on the map and when I typed it in. Had to use the QR code and the even worse web app. Web app failed to process the pmt after I put my phone in my pocket. So now I have to pay 50 bucks.

Unnecessary Ticket
I was given a ticket although I made sure to keep on top of the payments. Had to call to complain. Not great, after having been in Emergency at the hospital with a sick family member.

Probably the worst app I’ve ever used and been scammed by. Accidentally somehow entered my license as -BC- when paying for $45 parking and it will not let me put down an actual license. Just insane. Also just doesn’t work when needing to do basically any function. Can’t even talk to their customer service team

Tells you to update app to talk to support but there’s no update available.
What is going on
Ever since this update, we’ve been charged more for using the app as opposed to people using the kiosk.
Every time I have tried their support/help on the app it ends the conversation and tells me to update the latest version…there is no latest version!!!!
I should not pay $14 when kiosk is only charging $8!

Chat doesn’t work
Apparently the only way to adjust parking is to chat but chat doesn’t work.
Difficult search
Not possible to fin a parking lot with the lot number!!!
Terrible parking app
Kept trying to charge me far more than the posted rate for the time chosen. Also charged me for just setting up the app. I’ve deleted the app and just use the machine which you can program in your phone number if you want a text to add more time.
Request a quote ripoff
Not sure who is pulling the scam but I tried to buy a ticket for a lot in Vancouver and at first it was $32 for 8 hrs, then I closed it and tried again because my friend right beside me using the same app paid $13 for 10 hrs, and my next “quote” was $28. Is this surveillance pricing or what?
