Worst app in history. App has terrible UI which causes errors. Also there customer service is rude and is scamming money from user error.

Worst App Ever Used
One of the worst app I have ever used which drive my frustration limits. I am at Town Center court in Scarborough Ontario. First the app cannot find this parking lot then when you scan the bar code it opens the same application in a Webpage and not the app . When you search for the lot in the app it says cannot find but the webpage can find one. I had everything setup I the app and was so frustrating to use it and spent attest 30 mins trying to figure out how to use it. This is what happens when you have bunch of kindergarteners with no common sense developing new things using AI .

Frustrating
This app isn’t great. When there is an event it wants to charge extra but yet at the machine you don’t have to pay the extra fee. Also they charge &1 every time you use it. For that money they could improve it if the y wanted to
Absolute trash.
Trash app that demands far too much personal information and makes it nearly impossible to delete, probably by design. I hope the owners and creators of this app go BK. It’s awful.

Cannot login , reset password , reinstall app, not works, no response in chat , no support at all
Wifi no bueno
Parking lots eats up Wifi signal. So app that needs wifi works poorly. Improve wifi at the lot. We have been ticketed for seeking signal away from parking lot.
Horrible app
They must’ve got a first year programming class to make this application. It’s slow it can’t find spots. It doesn’t do great with payments is pure garbage. Sadly you have no other choice when you’re at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
Worse parking app
This is the worse, least user friendly parking app i have used. Other apps are easy to use, to pay for parking. This one does not work 3 out of 4 times. And it takes so long to process.
Worst parking app ever invented
It’s awful, I parked and accidentally paid for my husbands car. I couldn’t change the vehicle nor could I register a second plate at the same lot. Very flawed and confusing
Poor user friendly
Unable to name vehicles, I have too many cars and I can’t remember which plate goes to which car. Would be nice to be able to actually label a license plate number with a vehicle.
Most complicated and useless barking app
The app shows address but bit the lot id #. Sometimes you dont know the address, but the lot always displays a lot number. This app sucks
Terrible app & no customer service
Avoid this at all costs. Friends and I have used this app and been stranded while trying to pay parking. Wasted 20+ minutes and had to drive to another spot. No way to contact customer service.
Can’t find it’s lot numbers
Used this app twice in the last week and neither time can it find the lit number posted on its signs in the lot

Easy
This app is important for those of us who have difficulty walking. It enables me to pay for parking right next to a friend’s bed at the hospital without me having to shlep to the machine which is quite a distance away. Love it.
Wrong location BEWARE
The app took a payment and I still got a 98$ parking ticket. Do not trust!!

50 cents added to cost is fraud , entitled polices . Parking lot is beast up and no space to park or exit truck. App is one of 3 ways to pay. Other two fail regularly and this option is only one that works regularly.50 cents for convenience is what is said when charged.
