App has been retired
Why is this still available? If you download the app and open it, it just says the app is no longer active and you need to download the IKON app instead, which barely works.

Real parking updates
I was told you could track real time updates with the app. But it seems to have been removed.
Sign in and Tracking
I like the app in that I can see the map of mountain and add friends I am skiing with. I love that feature. It also helps me get around the mountain. The thing that I find super annoying is that it constantly logs me out and then misses some of the days I’vey skied. I don’t know why it can’t keep me logged in. If it wasn’t for that, I’d love the app.

Sign in doesn’t work
Can’t sign in to track my skiing. Just says “loading translations” even though English is my primary and only language. No help from Ikon or WP. It’s an Alterra problem. My home resort Palisades works great. So I’m using Slopes app.

My cousin showed this app to me, and it it really does its job well!
Terrific tree skiing and fun cruisers
4 straight days of sun but credit to the resort for excellent grooming. Many tree runs had the best snow. Only downside is the shuttle system getting into town.
The app quits while at Snoasis
Everytime I eatlunch at snoasis the app quits and i lose the rest of the day
Love the app, mostly
I really do like the app, but get kicked out of it all the time and I have to log in again. I haven’t had to log into the Copper app for over a year (both Alterra, figure they’d use the same back end). Also wish they brought back the speed tracking. I usually run Strava along side the wp app to get those stats.

Down to sign in. Not doing it every single time I open the app. Either keep me logged in or stop asking.

Very buggy since last update - crashes often. Please fix this!
Update parking infl
Need to be proactive about keep parking information in the app up to date. A few times now the app has said parking is available for a lot only for the cars already in the lot to fill it up.

Great Resource for all Winter Park Guests
This app puts all you need to know about Winter Park in your hand. Trail and lift status and grooming reports are all current. The tracking feature is fantastic for your own stats and for knowing where friends and family are in this massive ski resort. Eating, shopping, equipment and parking options are all here. The app will even navigate you to wherever you want to go. No more paper trail maps… but this is so much better and best of all, it is all current information.
