A message keeps coming up that the ‘oops, we can’t reach the server, please try again later’ which means you can’t bag the coins. Please fix this!

This app is not great! I got my coins and tried to get gift cards and after redeeming my coins the gift cards did get downloaded and I tried to contact customer service twice and no response from them after 2 tries. I would not recommend this app. Please don’t waste your time on it. It’s a scam!

Compared to the other apps if I understand this one I already like the SIMPLE DASHBOARD and I assume I don't have to join missions I just keep the app and walk and achieve things? if so I already love it AND I CAN CUSTOM MY MENU

It’s a good app. I have to sign in with Apple to collect my coins, but the thing is I can’t sign in with Apple so now the only way for me to get coins is to do missions and stuff like that

I’m giving one star due to no answer to my request. I collected 21000 coins and when I tried to change into e gift card, it’s asking me to contact them because I need activation code. So I contacted them, no answer.

Spent many days to get points . Said I would get in 24 hours and when I checked it after 24 hours they said it was no longer available. So I got absolutely nothing!

It’s ok but 1 coin for every 100 steps is rubbish took me over 8 months to save enough for a £15 gift card and can only get up to 100 coins per day 🤬
Good app but I one problem
As I said it’s a good app, but I don’t think every single gift card should cost 21,000 coins, I think the smaller gifts should cost less and the bigger gift should cost more

Keep the phone unlocked
Only way it works 80-90% of the time is if phone is unlocked and opened to the app. For months this has been an issue and on 2 different phones (got a new one couple months ago)
