Soundbar woes
App is slow to load, doesn’t pair well, soundbar occasionally drops. Its an older k950, but other device from that era work fine for me
4167 version
amazon log in will not work says link is invalid once you attempt to sign in. Now Spotify will only play 30 seconds or 1 song and stops. I know it’s no longer supported but at least it did work before this last update. The only thing that works is pandora. I like the speakers. If you can fix it would be appreciated. I spoke with Spotify tech also.

Will not play anymore
Can you fix the app with Spotify. Does not play repetitive songs. Stops at the end of each song and will not automatically go to the next. I have used this system for about 5-6 years. It’s never been great, but. Is it’s terrible.

Older OS support being dropped
Whilst it’s great that new software versions are being supported, this seems to be done at the expense of older OS’s. My older 6th Gen iPod touch that’s running 12.5.7 and that I used as my Multi-Room ‘juke box’ has stopped working, and sees the app crashing upon opening.
Utter garbage
The worst app and cinema system I’ve ever experienced. The speakers drop in and out of the app randomly. A total waste of my money
Very outdated!
Thankfully the App still works, which is great, especially for those of us with older Samsung soundbars, but it’s not reliable and really need to be revamped and redesigned, or, it’s features and support ported over and integrated as part of Samsung SmartThings.
App with Great potential
Great app, doesn’t remember to keep my group of speakers on startup that’s annoying. Could use Apple Music integration.

Software Update Non-Functioning For Months
I am unable to update the firmware/software for my soundbar through this app anymore. It simply says no network connection despite being connected on the network.
Endless errors and resets
It works… sometimes. Otherwise it’s an endless resetting, restarting and dealing with various unidentified errors. We have all Samsung set, TV + speakers and one would expect they would work together. Frustrating.
Latest update crashing on start up
The app WAS working well on my iPad and I was enjoying the music from my “R” speakers and sound bar until the last update.
Sadly now the app just freezes up and crashes on startup. Uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times and the same result. A real shame as the app was great to use on the larger screen of the iPad.
Hopefully some bug fixes will be looked into for this app.

Versions 4160 & 4161 are trash.
Versions 4160 & 4161 REQUIRE Bluetooth, yet are not used with my setup. Streaming stops when the app is closed. This is a new issue, first seen in 4160 and quite a bad one. Wish I could revert to the previous version.
Funktioniert wieder
Neuerdings stürzt mal wieder die App ab, wirklich traurig dass hier nicht endlich mal was passiert. J8500R hat OVP 1000€ gekostet und man kann sie nicht richtig verwenden. Das sowas überhaupt erlaubt ist..

App has stopped working
After updating to IOS 18 on 13proMax , the app automatically closes after I select a song within Amazon and pandora.
Continuously Crashes
Not sure what’s going on with the app. I can’t even get to my music cus the app keeps crashing. I have the most recent version of the app and my iPhone update. Any help fr support would be great. I used to love streaming thru WiFi.
Latest Apple Update Not Working
I use the app to connect to my Samsung MS750 soundbar and up until iOS 18 was mostly working but now it crashes each and every time I use it- if I delete app and reinstall it will work at first - for example I pull up IHeart radio app and select one of my stations it will play but if I minimize app and then go to open it up app quickly crashes and I can’t change station so frustrating - so have to delete app and add it back to phone each and every time hopefully someone can look into this
