Purchased a couple years ago. It worked well for certain things. I am currently stuck in a screen that is in Chinese and I can’t get rid of it or even use the device. Does anyone

Eagle view transducer
Do NOT recommend! Unable to use at all. App Not in English. Will not work with updated apple devices. So I have a useless probe now. Wasted money!
App works but hard to understand.
We have been using our Eagle View device for almost two years and still have a hard time operating it and getting clear images like the videos they show. I wish they had a better support team and guides to help fine tune the imaging.
I don’t read Chinese
After Nov update, app is now in Chinese and asking for Admin or Operator password. Not working with previous password! Unusable.
Need App Fix
App updated and is now in Chinese. Asking for an admin or operator password. Used to work great, now only useful as a paperweight.
Fraud
Purchased a $2000 ultrasound that does not function with this app as advertised. No one has answered the listed phone number to help troubleshoot. While attempting to return the probe, there has been no response from the TodoPocus support email to initiate the return. This company is fraudulent!

I burned >$1,000 on an ultrasound that doesn’t connect to the app on newer Apple devices. Complete fraud.
Cannot Save Ultrasound Images to my IPhone or IPAD Photos
Love my Eagle View wireless US Probe very upset after buying the probe using the APP when I hit the SAVE Button it Says image saved to Album however it does not link the images I hope this APP can fix this Bug ASAP

For the people wondering about non-saving
There is another ultrasound app that I have found that now saves ultrasounds and pictures to the gallery it is the same app just different name it’s WirelessUSG Flash this is a way around the saving picture problem just download this one and you can save pictures and videos againAlso if you’re wondering what the password is on your ultrasound machine it is the SN number on the device itself near the charging port like mine is in capitals but on the password it’s in lowercase‘s so if it does not work in the capital letters and numbers on the device try it in lowercase and it will work

No Doppler mode!
Cant save pictures and video
New update won’t save pics or video to the camera roll other wise works good to confirm my dofs but please fix so I can save to camera roll again

Can no longer save photos. This once worked, they updated it and now its worthless
The new update is awful
You can no longer save a photo or a video and this is essentially a waste of $1100. Please fix it.
Can’t change preset organ system at the top of the app
The App development doesn’t take into account of upper iPhone notch.
Horrible Directions
Trying to set this thing up. It may have the single worst directions of anything I have ever read. I have no clue who wrote these but they must have English as their 5th or 6th language. It actually uses words that aren’t in the English language. Good luck to anyone trying to find out how in the hell you decipher what the initial password is to set this thing up.

DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!!! This probe is a great idea but would be better if you could actually use it!! Doesn’t work on updated apple devices & doesn’t work on most androids! So I have a probe that is no use to me! Engineering dept needs to stay up to date with firmware & they’re not!! Just buy the Butterfly probe, it isn’t wireless but you will connect 100% every time with no problems!!

They need a device a ultrasound probe that’s wireless to order for the app to work for the buttons to work that’s why it’s not functional properly people need to read before downloading like the person who didn’t realize to read before downloading that’s why it’s not functional first buy a wireless ultrasound probe turn it on connect it to the WiFi and then connect it to the app then it works who ever post this comment needs to read it’s not going to work without a probe read this information before downloading something maybe you would learn something after that

Not functional
I downloaded the app, but none of the buttons work. It is definitely not intuitive.
Very intuitive great app
I just installed this app to use with my new wireless ultrasound probe. As a complete ultrasound novice the application was completely intuitive and very easy to use. I have shown this to trained radiologist who are also impressed
