Simple, ABYC-based and by far the best
It’s so nice having a professional app that does its job and does not get bogged down with bells and whistles: The app only has one page! I have used WireSizer daily for years because it’s quick and gives the critical voltage drop information needed to choose correct wire size, while being entirely interactive: Spin gauge, amperage or length wheels and the results are instantly updated, making decisions easy and quick.

There is no real calculation… all has no utility, totally useless.

WireSizer calculates the minimum wire size needed to meet voltage drop requirements based on user inputs (voltage, circuit length, operating environment, wire insulation rating, and current/watts). In addition, it also verifies the "Ampacity" of the wire to make sure it is safe for your circuit. Details on calculations made and formulas used can be found in the WireSizer "User Guide" within the app or online from WireSizer.com. Users can always request a refund from Apple if an app does not meet their expectations.
FAST calculator + handy material list.
This is an absolute must have! As a home DIYer I wish I had this years ago instead of referring to a chart as a guide. In the process of Installing a vehicle 12v and solar system and this has become extremely handy and sped up the building process significantly. The ‘+’ for material list is the cherry on top. Highly recommend A+++

Terrific app! Simple, as it ought to be
I use it daily in my boat electrical work. I would like an AC calculation for higher voltages, in future versions of the app.
