Takes forever to withdraw

I've been waiting for more than two weeks. It's only $500 and they had to escalate my case...

- I am still not able to recover any money from them.

- I start to think it's a scam now. Maybe stay away from this company.

Problems

App works without any problems. But I do have a problem. I was trying to give wisdom tree a try. I sign up then I did get my card from them. But I became very busy and forgot about for a while. I was trying to start using it. But it is too late to do that. My account has been permanently closed. Once your account is closed. There is no second chance at all. There is no way to have account to be reopened.

Not insured at all

Although I like the company/app, I couldn't think about any reasons to put more money in due to lack of insurance. The digital funds are pretty cheap but so far I see no advantage making them digital.

Was Not what I was expecting!

Was Not pleased with this app! Put some Money in and apparently didn’t have enough in My account at the time and had to pay what was owed, The Funny thing about it was. They wouldn’t Let Me add More Funds into the gold thing! Only because I had to pay 1 whopping dollars to cover what was owed, which is a Joke really when you really think about it. Tried telling Me that supposedly you can Just pay through your personal Bank account to cover what was owed! I tried doing that, And I couldn’t Figure out how on how to do that exactly. Even contacted My Bank personally and even they couldn’t give Me a straight answer on that! So I’m Not quite sure what to think about this app exactly. Other than that! It wasn’t to bad to begin with, But then after that issue it started going downhill afterwards.

Low monthly withdrawal limit ($500/mo); recurring login issues.

This app is rife with account/login glitches (see other 1 star reviews). But the real issue is that you risk having your money effectively locked up for months with their absurdly low $500/mo ACH withdrawal limit.

Does not work

They need to go back to the drawing board this app keep stating that it is sending me a passcode but it never comes to my cell phone… Why would you release an app without thoroughly doing a beta test to get out all the kinks.

Terrible experience

Go elsewhere. Awful customer service and the app is very buggy.

“Unexpected Account Closure – No Explanation Given”

I opened a WisdomTree Prime account two months ago, made a small deposit, and everything seemed fine—until I suddenly received a notice that my account was closed without any clear explanation. I hadn’t done anything unusual or against their terms, so I was really surprised. When I tried to get help from customer service, the response was vague and unhelpful. Closing an account out of the blue and offering no clarity isn’t the way to build trust. I wouldn’t recommend this app if you’re looking for reliability and transparency.

If you’re real about your investments. Don’t waste your time. ( I am a beginner ) just to be clear.

I came across this app add and decided to install the app without first understanding the purpose of this app. #robinhood hands down. Best app when it comes down to intro to crypto “ for example “.

Long story short.
This time an add came on YouTube. I clicked on the learn more tab.
When I read the first comment out of 88 I believe if I am not mistaken.

The comment had 5 stars . By reading the first sentence I was confuse of why it had 5 stars.
Reading below I noticed that the response was made by AI.

Horrible way of representing the people.
This app gave me the feel of a creator that don’t give a crap about WE THE PEOPLE.

Don’t be a victim of buyers remorse in a start up company that offers zero protections and No FDIC insurance in this newly formed company means that if the company tanks and you have a $100,000 dollars in cash digital money bitcoin etc or any of the currencies that Wisdom offers deposited in there blockchain, wallet or any other deposit apparatus offered by this company MAKE SURE TO READ THE SMALL PRINT THE PART THAT CLEARLY STATES THEY ARE IN KNOW WAY LIABLE SHOULD YOU LOSE ALL CAPITAL!
