Customer service is not helpful
I gave a low rating previously because it was so hard to get in touch with customer service. I did try all the methods: email, Facebook and phone. Finally see the app is back working so increased my rating. Still love the meditations.
Love the meditations. Customer service is awful. I have an issue with the app. I have a monthly plan and I’m unable to access it. The owner was not helpful at all at resolving my issue. And no response from support. I repeatedly told the owner the help email bounced back and was told this is because I don’t have an account. 😑

Out of the blue, the app freezes and will not load the program I have used for years. Very disappointing
No customer service
I have tried repeatedly to access the app and I cannot. This is a shame, because it’s a really good app, when you are able to access it. Unfortunately, I will have to cancel my subscription, I’m not paying for something I cannot use. I am also not recommending it to friends anymore as well.
Update: I am able to access the app. It looks like the app was updated and maybe that is why I was not able to log in. However, I reached out via email and both of them bounced back and the website does not load. This is why I’m updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. The products on the app are great, but the customer service is non existent. I’m keeping my subscription for now.

App is not accessible!!!!!

I have been listening to these recording since 1996. They have helped me so much!! With sleep, with being happy and funny. Public speaking. Relaxing when I am stressed. I use to have a drawer full of cassette tapes, itis so nice to have this app! Everything right at your fingertips. Thank you Bob Griswald these meditations are the very best!

I highly recommend this self improvement resource. I think of this app’s self help as pep talks to guide you through life’s challenges. Bob Griswold’s voice is so reassuring and kind. He offers us a new perspective to re-boot our mind sets. I first listened to his “love tape” cassettes looking for inspiration and motivation. The app brings us his total library to use at our fingertips utilizing the convenience of modern technology. I always feel better, more relaxed and at peace after listening. You will too!

Loving your Body
It was the summer of 1989, the summer before my senior year in college. I started listening to Loving Your Body every night as I went to bed. In no time at all, I found myself motivated to run several miles every morning and had tremendous discipline in food choices. By the time I went back to school I was pounds lighter, stronger and felt amazing. I just ordered this track again hoping to recapture the magic I experienced in 1989. 🌸

This app changed my life!
I originally downloaded this app for the sleep programs. But shortly there after discovered DOZENS of other programs I love. They even have programs for my kid. They really do have a program to improve any aspect of your life!
I just downloaded this after I paid for the subscription special on a monthly reoccurring basis.
I am trying to use the app without any luck. I can’t even paid content. WTH 😣

Terrible App. Miss Amazon Access
Enjoyed the Love Tapes on tape, CD and Amazon Music. Have tried repeatedly to use the app. It has never worked. Whatever is wrong with this setup, it is unfortunate it stops us from accessing Bob’s work. There is no replacement for the Love Tapes, but I don’t trust buying anything from it. I wish they’d go back to Amazon Music or something reliable.
