Lost in May. Recovered in September
I lost all my data during a phone switch. The data was saved in the cloud and did not update . I submitted a ticket with their tech support and heard nothing for 5 months then multiple emails in one day. My data was recovered and app works as expected. Better late than never. I will keep the app but will be keeping a manual back up somewhere else... 5 months was a long time. I have passwords and account info dating back to 2014.

Rubbish
I had used this for a couple of years before it suddenly told me it was migrating my data. I tried to login and it generated a new master password which I carefully saved. When I then opened the programme it had deleted all my data. There was no warning. It appears to have upgraded without telling me. When I looked at their help it told me I have to do a back up first. Rubbish - how can I back up if it can’t login.

Worst app ever
Ten years after using it they asked for my key code which I do not know and said it is in the settings of the app. But if I can’t get into the app why is it asking me for the key code? Lost all my data of 10 years. Never using them.

Worst password keeper ever!
Every time I open this program I lose my data. Used if for years prior and loved it. They recently made changes to the program and for whatever reason cannot keep my data on my phone. Save your money buy a scribbler and write them down. Don't rely on this
Do not download
Used this app for a while and thought it was great when it started allowing fingerprint id to log on. That is until it suddenly stopped accepting my fingerprint. My phone is not at fault as fingerprint security still works on other apps
There appears to be no where to revert back to password log on so now I'm locked out of the app.
Emailed and messaged support 4 times and no one has replied. And I can't find a phone number anywhere to call them.

Black Screen of DEATH! AGAIN!!!! THEY F….D UP THIS APP BIG TIME!!! Horrible with many bugs!!!
I am really MAD!!! I paid good money for this app and also made an in-app purchase for dropbox & email backup. Now they drop all forms of backup and are asking you to spend more than $20. for their version of backup, since the Kaspersky "crooks" took over. Scammy business practice…trust with all your info, then take the ability to retrieve and backup, then ask for more money again, to have ANY ability to back up your info and retrieve it again. TERRIBLE! If they don't bring back dropbox and email support I am going to make a big deal about it to Apple and any other way I can. I don't appreciate being scammed by "unscrupulous" developers. They need to make correct this pronto…this is information that I depend on. I will alter my review when you restore my ability to back up, without being juked into paying more $$$. After all of this, I don't know if I can really trust these blackmailers with my important data. DO THE RIGHT THING!

Had this program for years and loved it. Loved using the free backup feature to Dropbox or email. Used the program almost everyday and stored a lot of info over the years on it. Somehow the program updated to new version and my data was gone and there is no way to connect to Dropbox or email to recover info. I contacted company and they said to email Dropbox file with my master password and they would recover my data to the program. The problem with that was that would be defeating the purpose of having all of my info secure. They want me to give and trust them with my personal info over email and trust that it isn't going to be misused. I don't even know who these guys are so why should I trust them. They really screwed a lot of customers up because they want to make money by forcing customers to pay a fee every year to backup their data. I asked if they could send me old program so I could get me info back and they didn't want to and closed my case. That's the kind of support you will get if you buy this program. To use their backup it's going to cost $30 a year. Their old program it was free to backup and restore to Dropbox or email. I switched to mSecure which is just as good or better then wideid. mSecure allows multiple pics to be added to a file and the pictures are enlarged so that info on a credit card can be read easily.

I don't know what to say
I never write reviews but I had to WARN others about this app. New version equals complete lost data and no way to recover!!! Not exactly what you need in an app that stores your passwords. It's not even worth 1 star but that's not an option!

Lost all data on the upgrade. Don't chance this app. If you do make sure you get another app to store all of your passwords in so when you lose them all on this one you can have a back up.
Upgrade Deleted All Data
The latest update came out 8/10 and all of my data is gone. I saw the instruction on the help & support page that says if I've been using the app for a while all I have to do is create an account and then I'll be able to see all of my data. That is NOT the case. After contacting support, I was told, "In case you didn't create an account (before the update) and sync (to the) cloud then your data was lost when you upgrade(d to the) new version." So, not at all what the help page says.
I'll be going back to writing down passwords, etc. on paper and deleting this app.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY and certainly not dependable
I've been using this app for about years. However, it has automatically updated and erased all of my data. I cannot access years and years worth of data. If they cannot be trusted to properly inform of an update that puts this many people's info in jeopardy so that people can take steps to protect their data, they cannot be trusted with sensitive data like passwords. Already deleted and not looking back. Please don't make the same mistake!

Locked out after uodaate
I loaded V6.0.1 and I am now locked out and cannot retrieve any of my data. I've tried resetting but nothing works. It does not accept my password or pattern entry. I have been using this program for about 3 years and like it. After the update I am upset that I can't access anything. I have a ticket open with support. We'll see how quickly they respond. As of this review I've been waiting 3 hours.
