The time on my mirror is not the same as my time now, I don’t know what changed. I’m trying to update my mirror, but for some reason, the WiseMirror Wi-Fi won’t appear on my phone to update the app and I don’t know how to get help.

Bei dem Wechsel von Sommer- auf Winterzeit und in einem halben Jahr wieder zurück muss ich den Spiegel neu verbinden. Geht das nicht bequemer?
Hat einmal Funktioniert
Mittlerweile steht die Anzeige am Spiegelschrank auf Join. Kein Kontakt mehr möglich. Hallo Support was ist los? Leider kein Support! Man muss sich irgendwie selber helfen.
Schlecht / Funktionslos
Habe den Spiegel für meine Eltern eingerichtet. Ging letztendlich nur über die Tuya App, wovon ich kein Fan bin. Macht doch QR oder WPS, die APP macht garnichts! Als hätte man den Praktikanten auf ein ESP32 setup losgelassen. Ich war bei Blebox schon skeptisch!

Cannot connect to Wi-Fi
I have used my mirror for about a 2 years and it has been great. I recently got a new combo router/modem and it will not connect. I have tried multiple times. I do not know if there is any way to update the software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the WiseMirror app. I have rebooted the Wi-Fi system and had my provider rebooted as well. I am on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and I have checked my password several times. Can anyone help?

App fatta veramente male, per i soldi spesi per lo specchio ci sarebbe solo da vergognarsi far uscire un app del genere
Keine Umstellung auf Sommerzeit
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Uhr auf Sommerzeit umzustellen. Also zeigt der Spiegel die falsche Zeit an.
App ist gut, hat aber Verbesserungspotential
Die Einrichtung der App und auch die Verbindung mit dem Spiegel hat sehr gut funktioniert und kein Problem gemacht.
Jetzt, nach der Umstellung von Winter auf Sommerzeit passt sich aber leider die Uhrzeit nicht an. Diese steht immer noch auf Winterzeit. Es gibt auch keine Option in der App, das zu beeinflussen. Meines Erachtens nach liegt hier ein Fehler vor, da die Zeit sich eigentlich selbstständig anpassen müsste.
Das bitte nachholen beziehungsweise berichtigen, dann gibt es auch fünf Sterne.
