Why do these apps exist when the cameraʻs are nn-existant anymore. All my cameraʻs are obsolete. None of these apps are compatible and nor is there new cameraʻs available

Al parecer esta app ya no funciona. A mi me indica que el Internet es inestable cosa que es falso. Pero viendo el historial de esta app veo que ya no tiene soporte.
Why stop support?

This app discontinued it’s service. It no longer works with the bell cam and no alternative is available.

Думали почему кошка просит есть, а они просто перестали в один день выдавать еду. Приложение перестало открываться .
Buy Eufy instead
I paid a decent amount of money on these Samsung cameras only to have them turned off by Samsung after a few years of use. They were working fine until that point. I’ve bought Eufy cameras and they are great.
Great camera app gone bust
This was a great camera until Samsung decided not to support this version. Sorry but I will not be spending any more money on Samsung products. Shame on you for not giving customers another option for this camera. How can we view videos from this camera? It just doesn’t seem right. Maybe the US Government should ban all Samsung products from being sold here.

Unable to register
This app is totally useless. There is no way to register an account. The app does not allow registration even with a very stable wifi or 5G connection.

You really need to do the right thing and offer a replacement camera since you no longer provide service for your older cameras!

Our Samsung security cameras still work fine and there is no reason to stop supporting our cameras! Why do you not give us an alternative app?!!
Terrible Service!
After people invest money in a product why in the world would you discontinue access to the camera streaming app. Now the cameras are useless and so is this company and app. You could atleast direct customers to a compatible app to allow use of the camera. Shame
