This is a great idea! I've always wanted a tool to help me improve my soft skills and identify the gaps. I guess this is an awesome tool for a wide variety of users who need to work with their clients or those willing to discover their own soft skill gaps and improve them. I tried a scenario just now but will go deeper and share more feedback as I go forward.
