Doesn’t record
I started using this and loved it. The last couple of months at least 50% if not more of my meetings won’t record. It just happened today, I had two meetings, the recordings were going fine then at the end of the meeting I went to stop the recording and in both meetings it had stopped recording with nothing recorded. I gave feedback before and have gotten no response. I have to look for an alternative solution.

Loved it, but it’s not working any more
I really loved this app. I started with the free trial and found it so useful, within 3 days I paid for the year subscription and told several friends about it. I was using it at least several times per week or even several times in a day. I found the summary notes very accurate for the most part and very useful.
However, it’s not been working in the last several weeks, which is why I downgraded this to one star. The app won’t open. When I press on the icon, it looks like it starts to open and then shuts back down. I emailed the help email, but haven’t gotten a response since Monday. I am hoping to get a response by posting this. I really did appreciate this app and want to continue using it. If it works, I will change it to 5 stars.

Very useful
I rarely leave reviews, but this app is incredible. I spoke for 30 minutes and got a perfectly organized, super useful training doc. It’s accurate, fast, and makes everything so easy to digest. Highly recommend!

Great for professionals
Great app helps me manage my meetings and especially on the go. If you are a busy profession this has really helped me with the large number of meetings I have.
Different from Descript
I thought this was the same company/service as Descript.com but apparently not. I started the free trial thinking I’d be able to sign in and connect accounts, instead I got charged $99 and my refund request was denied, even though I’ve been paying for the Descript web app for over a year. Still have no idea if this is a copy cat or just disconnected tech. Either way, the web app was better. Don’t waste your money on this.
