Great game
I enjoy the interactive play of this game. There’s always something to do.
Not worth the effort
Honestly, loved it in the beginning. However, this is definitely pay to win and there is so much toxicity (even more than the typical PvP) it’s really not worth the time and effort to play. You aren’t heard by anyone and the most toxic players are the ones that get away with anything because they are whales. Doesn’t matter that they do anything against the Realm Rules, “no one can stop them” and no one even tries, including Devs when they are reached out for. Again, probably because they are whales. I’d list usernames, but the doxxing and harassment is real on all fronts. Other players will just burry their heads and the few that do care aren’t able to do much or are cowards and will backstab you in a heartbeat to save themselves. So if you join, don’t expect any really support if things go too far.

Don’t Do It (I’m quitting after a year…)
I’ve been playing for almost a year and I’m done. The game started out fun but the PvP toxic bullies who are mostly whales who pay to win make this game near impossible to enjoy if you aren’t prepared to spend a ton of money…and I mean a TON (think hundreds to thousands). Which is sad because the game would be amazing if ATA wouldn’t be so greedy and if they’d actually fix the issues that players have identified for them. ATA says they pride themselves on creating social communities in free to play games, but they’ve strayed from that vision. They also don’t listen to their player feedback (yes even on Discord which their replies will say to do). I don’t even know where to begin: cluttered UI, numerous typos, impossible raids, outrageously priced items/heroes, poor communication, icky devs (Jordan), no opt-out of PvP, toxic chat with no support even after “report”, inconsistency with design, poor event descriptions, etc. I’m done. I only stayed this long because I liked my club. But I’m moving on. Do better ATA. And if you’ve read this long gamer…don’t do it. There are better free to play or affordable game options with less toxic communities and more responsive devs.

Don’t waste your time.
I’ve been playing this game since it came out of beta. I’ve invested a lot of money into it at this point. The game play is nothing like you see in the ads, so don’t come expecting that. The entire game is a cash grab, it’s impossible to be f2p and get anywhere. The devs don’t care about their player base AT ALL, because they constantly release broken features or “fixes” that completely change how your hero’s work after two years of things being “broken”. This game never should have come out of beta. Not to mention the rampant doxxing, stalking, and harassment from some members of their player base. They won’t do anything about these kinds of players so don’t even try! Unless you’re willing to spend hundreds of dollars a month on this game, the devs won’t listen to your feedback and you won’t get anywhere easily.

Bait and Switch: Boycott Spending with ATA
Played this game because it looked like fun. Love the community. However, like all ATA games, they’re excellent at getting people to pay for certain features, and then completely changing it so the gameplay is garbage. Shame on ATA.
In my opinion, the fact that the heroes “passive” bonuses/buffs were added directly to your stats indicates, to me at least, that these were in fact passive abilities that were supposed to apply to all heroes, regardless of who is in your march. It’s in the coding itself, and ATA coming in saying that their changes were *always* meant to be is a lie. They’re trying to scam the players into believing what they did was for the greater good of the game, when in fact it was not.
They’re completely out of touch with their player base. They clearly don’t understand how their game works else there’d be an actual forum for it, and they wouldn’t be relying on their player base to test each and every feature and combo so that those players can then share with the class.
This is something that should’ve been completed in the beta stage. They should not have taken it out of beta stage and allowed purchases to happen prior to major “fixes.” Major fixes that completely change the way a game functions to such a degree should never happen TWO YEARS outside of beta testing.

Newest update DESTROYED your stats
I have been playing this game for a few months and I have enjoyed it up until this very moment. Today we received a pigeon stating that they were updating the game and “fixing” stats of hero’s. This not only affected my hero hit strength but my protective wall when from 8.8 BILLION to 2.2 billion.
This “update” also came after releasing a hero that boosted gather time and cost $50. I SPENT that $50 for the great stat boost only for them to go and destroy not only her hero stats but ALL Of the stats FOR EVERY hero. ATA fix this. We did NOT ask for this fix since it wasn’t broken in the first place.
Editing to add: despite the whole realm relaying this info and sharing our concerns we have been IGNORED in the realm discord and shut down on multiple occasions.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD
The devs of this game make it almost impossible to play and enjoy. Just been you think you understand the game mechanics, bonuses, raid rewards, etc, they “fix” things to reduce bonuses, rewards, and generally make the game harder and essentially make your purchases irrelevant. And don’t bother to reimburse you the money you spent on heroes for certain abilities. I’ve invested some money and a LOT of time in this game only to have the devs yank the rug out from under me repeatedly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS GAME. They will piss you off to no end and tell you to get over it. Play candy crush instead.

Don’t get scammed by ATA
This game is run by people who will advertise benefits only attainable by spending real funds, wait until people have spent their hard earned money, and then immediately remove the benefits in the name of “fixing” the game. They solicit feedback only to do the exact opposite of what is asked for and then suggest the players be grateful and only provide constructive feedback. Unless you like having no customer support, a glitchy game, and constantly having any and all benefits taken away unless you’re willing to pay MORE money (not like $5 USD, more like $50-100 USD), then I cannot recommend enough that you stay away from this game and any others the company advertises.

Another money grabbing game.
Gather, collect, build, pvp then repeat. Challenges revolve around losing the stuff you gather do that youre constantly rebuilding or you're paying for more resources. Overall just kinda repetitive and boring.

i was enjoying this game and learning the ropes when the chatters started dogpiling me on for making mistakes as i learned and navigated the realm. i spent money to jump start my progress, and people in my realm were so horrible in the chat that i had to delete the game. it’s a shame because this game was getting fun as i was getting into it. my advice is don’t make any mistakes in the realm, or else beware of the fellow players

Don’t waste your time.
I wish I could give this app 0 stars. This game has soo much potential yet every second they get the devs just spit in our faces. The game is buggy, raids are now nerfed and practically useless at this point, and champions are released broken with missing stats/abilities. The community is dying because there is nothing worth doing in this game anymore. But don’t worry! The devs will just shove more $$$ content down your throat because all this game is now is a blatant cash grab scam.

Youre gonna download the game follow this God awful tutorial that they call a tutorial somehow, still be confused finally understand the game. They’ll release new packs all the time you’ll wanna buy them and you will. They’re gonna release heroes that don’t work that have been broken for over a year now still refused to fix. They’re gonna release another pack then they’re gonna break something proceed not to fix it. Add in a new mechanic to the game still not go back and fix things now we’re gonna drop some more “deals” ,players have organized a spending strike. if that doesnt tell you the devs dont care about you or the game lol have at it
all 5 star reviews are legit fake and players are asked by devs to give it a better rating so they can release new packs and more broken mechanics.

Was fun isnt now
They took away raids they let us have for months, leaving us all with brew/potions we can’t use and most people bought packs to have potions. The new raids are impossible or not worth the rewards.

Cozy, chill game with lots of missions & goals. Chat with people all over the world and join forces to grow strong individually and as a club. Build your campus, enhance your heroes, and gain knowledge along the way. You can pay to play, but you can absolutely game without spending a dime. Be sure to join a club and choose wisely- some are out to wreak havoc and others are there to have fun. The number one rule is to shield up on Battle Royale day or whenever you’re OC with resources! Come join the madness- I promise it’ll be a good time with good friends! 🙂

money grabber
the game moving away from the dust heroes is one of the worst things it could’ve done. originally, different characters of different rankings could be bought with different color dust. the dust could be won by competing in the events/challenges every day, and this was a really fun system! it allowed people who didn’t want to pay to still obtain their favorite heroes!
however, now heroes are only purchased through gems. you can only get the gems through ads, challenges like downloading other apps (which the links don’t work for btw), or paying for them. you only get 100 gems a day, and some of the better heroes cost 2K gems a day to get 1 shard. maybe two if you’re lucky. it costs 100 shards to unlock the character.
so, it takes you 20 days to do ONE pull for a character. if you only get one shard at a time, you multiply that by 100. which means. it would take 2,000 days to unlock one character. which is absolutely ridiculous. that’s literally insane.
this game used to be so much more fun with the dust heroes. it made me actually want to compete in the challenges and tournaments. it pushed me to play this game more often. now, it’s just boring and the only reason i’m still here is for my club mates. even then i’m barely active.

Game is actually bad. The “abilities” of the characters don’t work and haven’t since launch. The devs are nonexistent. Community managers claim they want it great but instead will have something break and then spam us for 300 dollar packs that are “new.” Coulda been good but the direction of the game and company seems off.

Needs an easier way to obtain heroes.
Game is a nice to way waste time. Unlocking new heroes is a pain.
Love the aesthetic and story hate the game play…
Basically pay to win, way too much grinding, wildly long wait times to upgrade. If there was some way to equip avatars or make your school individual between waiting for things to move forward that would be something. But it’s basically set up to force you to pay for any progress. It’s also almost impossible to expand your players once again without money. Unfortunate, bc with the overall vibe, people would probably be willing to play and pay if there was actually something to do in game besides realize that your next upgrade is going to take 8 hours unless you pay for it to go faster…
