アプリを開くことすらできません

退院した親の見守りのために購入しました。しかし、通信環境が悪いというエラーが出続け(電波状況自体は全く問題ありません)アプリを開くことすらできません。急いでいるのに困っています！強く改善要望をお願いします！

更新エラー

ずーっと更新中と表示され、最終的にはタイムアウト。何だこれ？全く使えない。

そもそもログインしない

アプリを開いて、Face IDで何回ログインしようとしても　情報の取得に失敗しました　しか出ない。
信じられない。使える気がしない

勝手にログアウトされる

子どもに持たせるGPSで使っていますが、一カ月に一回くらいの頻度で勝手にログアウトされ、通知が来ないことがあります。
もしログアウト時に子どもが連れ去られたりした場合、こちらに通知が来ず対応が遅れる可能性があると思うと怖いです。
ログインするのにもパスワードなどを打ち込む手間と時間がかかるので早急に改善して欲しいです。
それ以外は特に不具合はありません。
