Don’t even bother.
App doesn’t even let me log in anymore, says invalid email and password. I’ve been using this app for two years. I hate my dashcams, can’t wait to swap them for some blackvues
Scam
This app will ask you for your dashcam’s serial number and proceeds to ask for your card details despite choosing “free”. What’s worse is it accepts any letter and number you put in the box just so you can proceed to the next page which takes you to typing your credit card details in. Wouldn’t be surprised if you start losing money because you put your credit card details in. And as other people said, this is meant to be a support app for a very expensive camera. I regret buying this product.

Terrible don’t buy GNET
This app is supposed to allow you to use a very expensive dash cam but it’s useless. The instructions are of no help. It just doesn’t work. It asks you to enter details of a modem in order to add your vehicle to the app. What modem? I really regret buying a GNET dashcam.
