Witick refuses to transfer tickets or reimburse their customers in Bordeaux in

I have unused tickets in Bordeaux and Witick is no longer a service provider but they refused for the past 3 months to give data on tickets to TBM or reimburse their customers. Holding your customers hostage is not the best way to conduct business when you compete with another company.

Awful interface

Does not work! My internet is in and out and therefore my purchase is useless.

Payment gateway doesn’t work

Tried several cards and none of them worked even with successful authentication. An app that can’t do its most basic functions gets 1 star.

No reduced price tickets for elderly

Although the system works well for some, the website, app and machines do not sell the reduced fare weekly passes for people age 60 and older. They really should fix that so elderly people who don’t have a lot of money can enjoy Bordeaux too!

My card won’t work any more

0!!!!! This used to be a good app but with my Norwegian card that requires BankID I can’t buy a ticket on the app any more.
