Unable to connect with new app
Since getting the new version of the Wiz app, none of my lights are able to connect. They all flash red now when trying either using the automatic pairing, or manual function. I have gone from smart coloured bulbs to expensive normal on/ off ones that need turned on at the wall.

Man Cave Must Have
These lights are awesome. They work well to simply illuminate a room.
The color changing features really separate my man cave from others I have seen. The many options for different light sequences and brightness are really cool. Finally, you can set them up to react to music, so when the young people are visiting and a 68yo man child whips these features out, my cred as an awesome host and granddad goes thru the roof. They are also easy to install. A++

So far so good.
As a non techy 50+ I found them slightly confusing to set up, but managed to undo my initial mistake and now they seem to be working well, although it’s early days, we’re only a week in to the automation cycle. That said, I now have porch lights that come on and go off as required, and that I can switch on remotely should I wish to. Well done Wiz!

Awful design
This is one of the worst designed apps I've ever used.
What a terrible app
I haven’t written a review in probably 10 years, this app is absolutely terrible. I cannot believe it has a 4 1/2 stars. I simply want to make my lights exactly 3000K temp, not an unlabeled blue bar where I can guess what 3000k is.
Edit: color temp numbers are found in “light modes” then “color.” Why is this buried so deeply?

Great product but tough app
I’ve been using Wiz lightbulbs since they were released, and I love the product! Changing color, temperature, and brightness has made a difference in how my home feels.
I’m having a hard time with v2 of the app, and when I try to submit feedback, it brings me to an email screen but I can’t actually draft the email and don’t see an address to send. Leaving a comment here for the product team!
Goal: I’d love to be able to turn on my lightbulb quickly. Today, I have many clicks to change the settings. I don’t use the set and forget settings for certain rooms because my lighting needs change often due to kids and changing schedules.
Is there a way to reduce clicks? Yes the main setting of on/off is easy but v2 has substantially more clicks than v1 to do anything other than that. I’m buried in my phone trying to find the cozy setting vs talking to my family. Please help!!

Ok but could be better
My light has 2 zones and I’ve set a schedule for low dimming at night time. But it’s still bright and there’s no way to turn off 1 zone completely for extra low dimming. So I’ve been doing this manually….every single night…for over a year.
Everytime I update the app I go into settings to check for any new features. And everytime I’m left disappointed. Please add this ability

Great app
This app is pretty cool, I’ll fill the rest out later.
Amazing
Wiz lighting system is incredible and has made my home cozy, comfortable, and customizable. I love getting wiz lights for my house!
Connection
When i first got my lights worked with no issues. Now the lights barely connect even when they are on. Switched WiFi numerous times thinking that was the issue and it wasn’t. Hard to control my lights without the app.
Terrible set up
How and why is it so hard to connect to the new app? My WiFi is connected to my phone and the app is connected to my wifi… why am I jumping through hoops and hurdles just to pair my light bulb to the new app….. then ofc we have to type virtually our problem and hope for the best. I have to throw the bulb out now and get a different light bulb cause i can’t control the light….

I had to download the new app and now it will not let me pair my lightbulb
Loved at first
This app is glitchy most of the time I can’t even turn my lights on and off which defeats the purpose of owning these things to begin with.
Find something better
The first version worked, until it didn’t. They force you to upgrade. Good luck with that. I replaced a light and the app is making me make a new account. The light pulses, but since there’s another light in the room , it won’t connect. I made the mistake of deleting the app (sometimes you have to do that to get it to work). Not this time. Now I’m stuck with a $20 light bulb (not counting the others) that I can’t use and a POS app that won’t work.

App is not intuitive! Changing schedule needs a bit of thought. Works well once set up

I generally like wiz. A custom room would be a useful addition.
