Session blocks, time mode and a set timer Build your day in blocks You can now group the day's exercises into blocks with their own classification: warm-up, activation, skill, main work, accessories, conditioning, finisher and recovery. Blocks fold up so you can see the whole day at a glance, they drag as a unit when you reorder, and while you train the header tells you how many exercises of each block you have done. Your coach sees the same layout in their plan. Time-based exercises, with a timer An exercise can be prescribed by duration instead of reps, in seconds or minutes: planks, holds and stretches are logged for what they are. During the session the set timer stays in view: tap the set to start it, tap again to mark it done. Target RIR If your plan sets a target RIR, you now see it next to each set before you do it, which is when it is useful. Reordering with your finger The grab dots are gone: you drag the card from its header, with a short haptic telling you it came loose and a much shorter wait. Adding an exercise, simpler You first pick what kind of activity it is and edit the set table right there: weight, reps or duration, rest and RIR, with "apply to all" so you do not repeat yourself. Rest can be left on automatic, and the options are the same on every screen. Cardio and stretching, properly editable A cardio card now opens and lets you edit speed and incline, not just distance and duration. Programs and copy week Load a full program into your week from "Programs" and it arrives already split into blocks, or copy the week you already built. Email verification If you created your account with an email and password and yours is not confirmed yet, we send you the verification email. You can also request it any time from Settings: a confirmed email is what lets your coach add you without extra back and forth. Fixes - If you sign in with Apple using Hide My Email, the app no longer stores that hidden address as your contact email: it uses the one you enter in your profile, warns you if you paste the private alias, and it is not lost on reinstall. - Your email is always stored the same way, regardless of capitalization, and your coach sees it as-is. - Summaries describe the whole exercise instead of its first set: you see the real range of weight and reps. - Moving a block now leaves it where you dropped it. - A block that includes cardio can finally be completed. - Planks and holds count toward Endurance and no longer skew your reps or your strength progress. - The "last time" reference no longer arrives at zero. - Exercise progression no longer opens empty. - In long lists, the last item is no longer hidden behind the phone's bottom bar.
