Lacking
Simply put, I get a notification that I get a new request. When I open the app to see said request, there is nothing there. Then when I block profiles I don’t want to see, your app does not actually block them. I went and blocked 5 or 6 profiles just to see and when I checked my blocked list…empty. Something isn’t sitting right with this app. Also when I check “Top Picks” you make us pay for, it doesn’t allow any sort of interaction. Why am I being charged for something you guys are not providing? Praying this app gets better, but from what I know and have seen so far…yall ain’t doin anything for anyone on here.

Paid for Infinity, but the features stay locked
I’ve purchased a week of Wizz Infinity multiple times, and the same thing keeps happening: I receive the coins, but the other subscription benefits stay locked. Unlimited admirers and reveals are advertised as included, yet the profiles remain blurred and the app still asks me to buy Infinity or spend more coins to reveal them. Why am I being asked to pay again for something I already purchased?
Restore Purchases just gives me an error. I contacted support through the app, and the bot directed me to email. Meanwhile, I’m paying for a subscription that only lasts a week and can’t use the features I bought. I shouldn’t have to chase down access every time I pay.
I paid for the full subscription, not a coin bundle. This has happened repeatedly, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Please fix the subscription activation and replace the paid time I couldn’t use, or refund the affected purchases. Until this is resolved, I would not recommend spending money on Infinity.

The new update is terrible. Its ugly and unuseable. You cant even click on the hobby options anymore, when you replace a photo everything disappears from the section, you cant even use half of the picture space since they moved the music thing to the bottom, the text is too big in the editing, too many secret chats, everything costs money and they took away the ad watching for coins. Just money hungry and ugly! Very disappointing bc you can definitely find friends on there but not when you cant even select hobbies anymore and so many secret chats!

panders its microtransactions incessantly
false message notifications multiple times a day. every time you open the app there's one or several pop-ups to dismiss. the most recent ui update totally scrambled the presentation of profiles. censorship and restriction is wildly inconsistent. many female profiles advertise their sexual content, yet i cannot mention other social media platforms without penalty.

Tried to make wizz account and they banned me then i contacted them to please unban me but is been months and still they haven’t even saw my message or unbanned me
hate the new update
dont get me wrong i love the app but the new update is way too much to see or look at. i hate bright lights and the whole app is just bright and it bugs my eyes really badly and you cant even change the settings to go lower it ykwim. the last complaint i have is that when i pick 18 or younger it just gives me 20+ or even 30+ its gross. please fix this.

Logging in
I have had such a hard time logging, my account keeps deactivating so I have to keep logging, but every time I do the face scan, it comes up with an error and told me to retry it doesn’t matter how good the lightning is or how clear my face is.
Why verify
The verify thing when you download the app is so bad it says my camera is to dark when all my lights are on even with a clear view of my face it continuously says too dark and doesn’t even fix itself no matter how many times I close and open the app👎👎👎👎
New update
New update kinda sucks. Used to be on this app with me and my homeboy all the time. I re downloaded it just out of curiosity Now the profiles look fake and there’s only around 10 profiles and I’m just stuck I can’t find anymore.
Not logging me in
I logged out like a month ago and now I need to log in and it's sending me verification codes and when I put them in it says it's incorrect, I need my money and account back.
