good app but i was banned for trying to verify myself? ive been banned since januarary and i still havent been unbanned despite sending atleast 10 emails if you guys can hit me back that would be lovley
Unable to access Paid subscription
For several weeks(every update or so) ill pay for an infinity subscription, receive no subscription (not even gold) even when i try to restore purchases or “restore gold”(since there is no restore infinity option)… this is ridiculous
Too money, hungry
I remember when I had to step back in 2022 back when it was at its peak, you know five free coins with ads you can only watch an ad to see your secret chat, but now they shove in so much things in your face so many of these Wizz coin deals. This app has gotten so money hungry and it knows that so many of these Wizz coin advertisements not to mention to the the most of the things that people message you are secret chats, and you used to be able to just watch an ad but no, you have to pay actual money now this app has one of the biggest downfall on mankind

Feature Request: Ethnicity/Race Filter for Better Connections
I'd love to see a feature added to Wizz that allows users to select specific races or ethnicities they'd prefer to connect with. As a Black female, I often find myself endlessly swiping without encountering many Black men, which makes it harder to find someone who aligns with my preferences. Having a filter or selection option would make the experience much more efficient and enjoyable, helping users find their 'type' more easily.

Decent App, Needs work
The app itself is a good way to meet people, but the lack of customization is insane. Not to mention the constant warnings you get for even mentioning any socials you have, the robot that scans the posts needs work bc it’s hard to even put any of my actual interests up there without getting banned for an hour.

wizz is a pretty good app and i find it easy to find ppl i can vibe with but 1 think is i deleted the app a while ago and no when i get it it wont let me go back into wizz

Only putting a high star so it’s seen I’m currently not able to sign in anyone know why? It says operation can’t be completed but I was able to sign into it yesterday
I can’t write anything without a moderation???
Every time I go to write my preferences such as what I dislike in a person to warn the people who align with those preferences to not hit me up, it tells me I have mentions of drugs and moderates my profile. It has done this every time and every time I request a manual review nothing gets done. It has driven me to delete this app.

moderation needs improvement
app is actually terrible you get moderated every 5 minutes when you haven’t done anything wrong and support don’t answer emails. i currently can’t even create an account because i got moderated for my name and a genuine picture of myself 😂

i have never once made an account with wizz let alone tried and it’s saying i’m banned, so i go to appeal and ive been writing to them for months but the wizz team is extremely incompetent and unable to respond to me.
