STOP THE AUTO PLAY VIDEOS OMG
Why did you do this app?? It’s horrific. The auto play video thing with volume is going to make me stop using NBC15 entirely! This is so obnoxious. App is not pleasant to use either. The old one was just fine. Why’d you waste the money on developing this??

I used to really like the app. I hate the new format. I used to watch the Morning Show, but now it’s now longer up-to-date, or and stories are broken up into segments with ads in between each segment. It’s unwatchable now. It’s too bad, because I used to enjoy watching it.
Old version was better
The new version is cumbersome. Did you do any user testing? The user has to wait for an ad to run before going to the app. Other key features have changed. A little tutorial on the changes would have been helpful.
The update NEEDS an update!
I like the look of the update but it’s a mess otherwise. No menu to select from sports, news, settings. Even though I go into the alerts it still shows notifications for an alert. If you go out of out it then come back into it immediately, you have to wait for the ad which is so annoying. I don’t want videos to play automatically, like never! Also so annoying. I want to like it but this new update is rather terrible.

Since you changed the format it’s lousy, I will look for local news elsewhere. Why did you change a good thing that didn’t need fixing?
