About
Wobble turns your phone into a personal balance meter. Stand for two minutes — Wobble measures exactly how steady you are, using the accelerometer and gyroscope already in your phone, and shows you the result on the spot.
Wobble is a pure measuring instrument — think bathroom scale, but for your balance. You get precise, repeatable numbers; what you do with them is entirely up to you.
WHAT WOBBLE DOES
• Two-minute balance checks you can do anywhere — your phone is the only equipment you need (a foam pad or pillow helps for the harder phases).
• Multi-condition assessment: different stances (wide, narrow, tandem, single-leg), different surfaces (firm floor or foam), eyes open or closed. Each condition stresses a different part of your balance system.
• Trend chart that plots your stability across every recording day, so you can watch how the numbers move over weeks, months, and years.
• Per-trial self-rating and per-session notes, so you can mark which days felt off and why.
• Cohort comparison (optional): see how your readings compare to other Wobble users in your age group.
• Coach-link mode (optional): a fitness coach, sports trainer, or movement professional can review your sessions and unlock advanced features for you.
WHO IT'S FOR
• People who want a clear, repeatable read on how steady they stand
• Athletes monitoring balance across their season
• Older adults watching how their balance evolves over months and years
PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
Recordings stay on your phone. Nothing leaves it unless you opt into cohort comparison or link a coach — and turning both off wipes your server-side profile. No ads, no tracking, no data sale. Full policy: wobble.flof.codes/privacy
WHAT YOU NEED
• A reasonably modern smartphone with motion sensors
• Two minutes
• Optionally, a foam pad or pillow for the harder phases
• Optionally, a wall to lean against between trials
Wobble is a measuring instrument, not a medical device — it gives you reliable numbers and leaves the decisions to you. It does not diagnose or treat. If you have concerns about your balance, please consult a healthcare professional.
