Great CrossFit Workout tracker

I needed something that could make it so I can use my Garmin watch to check my workout while I’m working out and this fits the bill nicely. I take a screenshot of my workout of the day from CrossFit Linchpin and AI figures out how many rounds and reps and all that to do and then during the workout after syncing my watch, I can just follow along with how many reps it tells me to do while I’m working out. A limitation with Garmin is that Garmin doesn’t know how many reps you did of what it only tracks a GPS workout and you have to manually enter that into Garmin if you care.

First good CrossFit WOD tracker

For use with a fitness watch. I use with a Garmin Fenix 8 and tracks brilliantly. Upload a picture of the WOD, WodBuddy creates the workout in the app, then when you sync the workouts to the watch, they are already setup so that you just hit the lap button to progress through the workout. Works great for tracking EMOM, AMRAP, and For Time workouts. There are some small fit and finish things still being worked on by the dev, but for just straight tracking a workout, it’s great.
