About

WODsoup allows you to program, run, and track your workouts in an easy-to-use interface — built for coaches, trainers, athletes, and anyone who plans their training instead of winging it. PROGRAM IT Pick a focus, muscle group, and add exercises to your workout. Nearly 200 exercises built in, and you can add your own whenever we don't have what you need. Search works from every screen. BUILD THE SESSION Name it, tag it, and leave a coaching note for the day. Set sets, reps, weight, and rest per exercise. Group movements into supersets, and add a warmup. USE IT AT THE GYM Every saved workout lands on your calendar and opens in the Workout tab, ready to go. Log what you lifted each set, and use programmed rest timers. TRACK REAL PROGRESS Every exercise keeps its own history. The progression chart shows estimated one-rep max rather than raw weight, so a 3×10 day and a 3×5 day sit on the same scale — you will see whether you're actually getting stronger. BUILT FOR COACHING — Tag sessions for specific clients or classes — Duplicate or repeat workouts across multiple days — Supersets and warmups PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts. Everything you enter syncs through your own iCloud — the same way Notes and Reminders do — and nobody but you ever sees it. Just a fast and easy way to plan and log training. HOSTING A GYM WODsoup is free for your own training. Running a gym in it — approve a roster, collect signed waivers, track dues, send workouts to a class, post announcements — is a purchase, and only the person running the gym pays. Members join free. Gym Hosting Monthly — $19.99 per month Gym Hosting Yearly — $179.99 per year Gym Hosting Lifetime — $499.99 once, no renewal Monthly and yearly renew automatically until cancelled. What's New in WODsoup

1.8

September 29, 2026

WODsoup 1.8 brings training sessions to the PRs tab. • Training sessions: start one on the PRs tab, either freestyle or from a plan you've saved with the tests and attempts you want, and log as you go. When you finish, you get a summary: new PRs, how each test compares with last time, and your trend over recent test days. While a session runs, a bar at the top of the app keeps it one tap away, and anything you log for yourself that day joins it. • Summaries that fit the test: lifts show your estimated 1RM and working weights, runs and rows show your pace and how far you've come since your first, and Hero WODs show your history between attempts. Sprints and jumps keep the numbers that tell a real change from a good day. • No gym needed: sign up just to track your PRs. The PRs tab now starts you off with tests you probably already know: bench, squat, deadlift, a mile, push-ups and pull-ups. • Gyms with members under 18: owners can require a parent or guardian to co-sign the waiver, and choose where their signature goes on the form. The member signs, hands the phone to their parent, and both signatures go on the one signed copy. • Calendar: on an empty day, Build a Workout and All Workouts sit side by side, so there's no scrolling to find them. • Holding the back button now shows every screen by name.
