Why are all the stories videos?! I want to be able to read the story. So far, I have only been able to read 1 story. I will now delete this app because I am unable to read the news stories!!! !
Ad for every video?
They try to force you to watch a long ad just to watch a video. I would do it if it were once in a while, but not every time. So, I don’t watch any videos at all on the app. GREEDY.

The app gives headlines, but no stories and a lot of ads. Maybe your app developer needs to review this app.

Too many ads
Can’t even get the news without opening the app and they make you watch an ad first. Clickbait headlines to get you to open the app and again, watch the ad. I can hear important news from other news websites, you don’t have to be so scammy :(

And why is it a hit or miss to see the news on Sundays?

Pics at bottom of article makes you look like a pervert
The videos (ads) at the top of the article automatically plays - at various sound levels no less- then after every ad shows a picture of someone suggesting a “personal “ ad- can’t change it so you look like a creepy weirdo to people that are glimpsing at your phone
Hate the upgrade
19 Action News is my local news outlet of choice. But ever since the upgrade, the icon is alway telling me there's a new alert, but not matter where I go or what I look at in the app, it WILL NOT GO AWAY. ANNOYING. I've deleted & redownloaded several times to no avail, even toggled the settings. Not to mention the new layout is irritating.

Immediate ad
I never want to open this app since it immediately goes to an ad before you can see any content. The other Cleveland stations’ apps do not have an ad immediately. Why does 19/43 have it?
Used to like it.
I’m stuck on the “allow tracking” screen. The app is useless.
Credit card??
Ever since the station did their major broadcast changeover, I’ve had and used the app. This morning, I open the app, and it takes me to a screen to create an account-followed by a page that wants my credit card information! What’s going on and what’s this site that wants my personal information???

This app crashes often. Sometimes videos don’t load. Please upgrade this app. It’s problematic in this present state.

You can’t get to the ness we s sometimes because of ads you put on the page! It is had to find what is news and get to read it!
Great headlines
App has a tendency to turn off just as the story begins to load. Great on giving local news headlines.
