Few hours, after posting my previous review, it started to show the statement that I want. Now that it is helping me to reinforce a new habit, I am so happy because it does what it promised to deliver. I still think it should be more user friendly in order to gain higher scores by users. Good concept please add more!
So I got this app and it actually really helps and catches me at times I should be paying less attention to my phone. I also like how u can make ur own notifications. But playing off of what the last review said u should rlly make it have a option where is can cycle through the notifications sayings instead of saying the same thing over and over unless u change it manually . And maybe even making it more sophisticated and choose the order u want them in. I was very surprised this app has such low downloads it has potential to do good, please do a simple update and make it better. I hope u see this I rlly like the app!

I love it - everyone needs this
Simple interface - I love it. Only thing is that you need to turn it off when not using your phone as otherwise the notifications still pop up and could actually get you back on your phone... Great idea though. Near perfectly executed I think - exactly what I needed, something I can customise easily. Great work to the team who developed it.

Good idea but needs improvement
I needed something that would notify me at specific time intervals and this does the job.
The bad thing is that it doesn't cycle through the notifications and just sends the same one over and over.
I love that I can type my own notifications but the fact that it doesn't cycle makes it pointless.
Update/Suggestion:
Add a feature allow me to "journal" or reply to my custom notifications and save it. This would allow me to track how I've spent my time. Possibly add a time line for the day and organize it into a calendar??
