Nice attempt but mostly unusable
Nice attempt but mostly unusable. Mathematica has been my main research tool for more than 25 years. I love it and rely on it. However, my hopes of being able to deploy and use Mathematica-based solutions on a mobile device have been frustrated across the board. The player (on both iPad and iOS) has huge gaps in the functionality implemented and is unstable. Documentation and technical support for it are virtually non-existent (despite me paying for Enterprise-level support). At this point I have spent far too much time trying to find workarounds for bugs and missing functionality (that exists in the full implementation) to make it worthwhile. I will have to either live without mobile functionality or port to a different system.
The basic concept is brilliant: develop on the desktop and simply deploy on the mobile. However, the solution is so poorly executed as to render it useless. Many aspects of this unfortunately also applies to the Wolfram cloud application on iOS (even though Wolfram cloud on a desktop browser works fine).

Not sure about all the squawking is about
After waiting a few seconds to download I read all the reviews. I saw a cool CDF of a plane radial engine. It was jumpy and not fluid in Safari. Downloaded the file, I opened the app. Then hit import, it knew right where to find my file. Open. Wonderful and all controls are working no jumpy playback. Works as expected. Not sure what all the squawking is about/ nice job developers. I’ve done programming and software. This is a cool tool and would love to check out any development tools to possibly make my own. I’ll push it on Quara as well. Nice program.
Works on my IPhone 12. 128k storage.

Don’t pay the ten dollars for interactivity
I purchased this to run interactive plots which costs an additional $10. I paid the money, but it doesn’t work. Perhaps Wolfram support can help me, but it simply should not be this complicated.
Crashes constantly
Please work on the stability of this. I can't open a simple notebook without crashing the app.
Images Not Loading
I was instructed to download this so I could download CDF files from my instructor for an online class. The images appear when I download them on my laptop, but when I try and use this app on my tablet, the images do not show up. It just says “figure 1.”Very frustrating.
It is not very useful to visualize notebook files
Unless all the content is already there calculated and saved (in which case a pdf file would be better). So I simply do not see as very useful.
Really really disappointing
Incredible! It’s really bad. Basic zooming and panning are broken. What else can you expect?
Officially Released!!!
I have been with this app’s progress since the first beta code public release. Every update introduced new functions, new bugs and fixes for those bugs. I am so glad that the CDF is functional on iOS, it has made school much easier
Amazing app
Best way to view notebooks on iOS. Very fluid animations. Needs keychain support.
