Power ups
I love the visuals of the boards and the Wonka theme and getting to decorate the chocolate factory factory. However the powerups are color coded in this game, and also cannot be double tapped to use at any time, which makes them feel a mostly useless. Generated power up’s often just sit untouched for ages because there are no possible matches near them at that time. This is made even worse by the fact that combining two different types or colors of power up requires them to be immediately next to each other. So say you have a red bomb then a regular blue candy, then a green line clear, you can’t use any of it because you can’t just swap the bomb or line clear with the blue candy to make the powerups touch and go off separately like you can in other games.
Also the everlasting gobstoppers, which are this game’s color bomb, seem to just get destroyed by other powerups without ever actually getting used. I have them just get eaten off the board constantly, sometimes within the same turn they’re generated, so I don’t even get a single chance to use them. They should at least auto select a color and go off if they’re hit. And in this developer’s Harry Potter themed march 3, the color bombs never get used unless the player specifically uses them, and power up’s are also not color coded. I wish they’d go back and fix the mechanics in these older games because wonka themed match 3 is a great idea, but not with these rusty and frustrating mechanics.
Also I’ve created an account by logging in with apple, and it constantly signs me out. Like if I leave the game overnight or for a few hours, I almost always have to log in again every time. I don’t know what happens if you play without logging in at all. Maybe your progress just gets deleted every few hours.

CHANGE CHAMPION LEVELS!!!!!!
I love this game EXCEPT once you reach the Chocolatier Champion levels you play the EXACT SAME LEVELS OVER AND OVER AND OVER. It is so ANNOYING to get there only to have to beat the same levels that have been there. Am I the only person noticing this?!?

i love this game! i am obsessed with this game! THE BEST MATCH 3 GAME THERE IS! so addicting!
i love willy wonka & the chocolate factory and zynga made a game based on it! it’s my favourite! everything in the game is just perfect, from its animation to its sound effects and background music, and everything on the board looks so delicious! when i have to collect the gummy bears buried in chocolate it’s like asmr! i love it! and the renovation of the chocolate factory is so fun to do, interacting with the oompa loompas, i have just gotten to the part where i have to drop the august gloop medallion and him squeezing through the chocolate tube as a powerup is hilarious hahah but unfortunately there is one problem. i have to be connected to the internet first for this game to load otherwise i won’t be able to play it :( i hope zynga makes this wonderful game available completely offline. because i play it every single day. i am addicted to it! please zynga, add more levels and more pastries and candies and update the game all the time because i’ll be recommending this game to my family and friends! thank you outstanding zynga team for putting your heart and soul into this game! you have absolutely outdone yourselves! bravo!

STILL Can’t open Wonka Bars!!!
UPDATE!! Normally I love this game but I am so annoyed that my NOW 50 wonka bars are locked while the golden ticket is being revamped and it is capped out at 50!! SO ANNOYING
Just rude even though more than likely I will probably only get maybe 15 actual boosts from them. Also so annoying that there aren’t new levels in the chocolatier champions either. Come on already

Full game no longer functions
This used to be a fun but half of game is now unavailable for updates that have been “coming soon” for months. Game support through developers is also lacking.
And yet another week goes by and this stupid surprise you say is round the corner ISNT IS IT? AGAIN
Where’s the new game in the gold tickets it’s said it’s coming for over 5 weeks now? Please get this sorted, surely it doesn’t take over 6 weeks to do it!! The ordinary game is ok but the golden ticket game was better so I think I’ll stop playing the ordinary game till the other one is installed…..best we just delete the game it’s not worth it now. You won’t publish this because your sort of people don’t publish the truth about things do you???

I’ve been playing this game forever, but recently wonka bars and golden tickets can’t be accessed So there’s a message about an exciting new feature. When is this feature coming and when will it release my 21 wonka bars and 4 golden tickets? It’s been a couple of wheels -m- I’m on Level4633 Special Area The Candy Station - - I’ve tried customer chat, but it’s going around in circles so thoughts I’d take a punt here

New game still not here, it’s over 2 weeks now
Where’s the new game in the gold tickets it’s said it’s coming for over 2 weeks now? Please get this sorted, surely it doesn’t take over 2 weeks to do it!! The ordinary game is ok but the golden ticket game was better so I think I’ll stop playing the ordinary game till the other one is installed…..
