Limited work on this app
Been on this app for 6 months now total earnings have been $2,600.. because it’s very competitive once you hear that notification you have to accept the job sometimes without seeing the details or else someone else will take it. Most jobs pay under $14 an hour for hard labor work. Very limited on jobs here in the Dallas metro area. Most of their contracts are with Iron Mountain which are hard labor jobs with no flexibility in schedule. Their HR is Ai and getting in touch with someone is impossible. I don’t recommend this app

I hope this app more than I can espress my drug panel screening has been pending for weeks and I got accepted for a job and they canceled the day off talking about the background check hadn’t came back THREE DAYS PRIOR I GOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS JOB I HATE THIS APP YOUR BETTER OFF UAING TRABA AND INSTAWORK I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE WONOLO AND ITS TRASH DEVELOPERS

Crashes constantly
I’ve been trying to upload my identification the app but whatever program they use for background checks and identification isn’t working properly.app is constantly crashing
I-9 pending
My I-9 still pending for weeks I can’t accept jobs because of that
All day no access to jobs 😡😡
I have been locked out of my account since this morning. Password reset link never makes it to my e-mail when I try resetting it also I’ve been waiting for support to chat with me on a human agent which never happened so it’s officially been 13 hours and still no support only thing I can say we need to do better as being able to speak with the actual person.

AI Bot alert
You can literally speak to know one during a crisis. Worked a Jitsu job and completed the assignment and no one from Jitsu plugged the time in. Tried reaching out to Wonolo and you can not speak to a human being. This is saddening. Work this is app if you have nothing to loose. There are way better gig apps than this. Try the work while app. This app frustrates me.

I got a text over 2 weeks ago saying my background check cleared and it never updated in the app.
