Most jobs are waitlisted which is whatever the problem comes because you have to complete the requirements which most of the time is impossible because the app can’t read the requirement is completed then you can’t contact anybody to tell them about the issue.One time I finally was able to accept a job received text message congratulating me logged back on the app and the job was completely gone as if nothing happened.Dont waste your time

No Customer Support Phone Number
It’s very disappointing that a large company like Wonolo doesn’t provide a customer support phone number. When workers need urgent help, having only chat support makes it difficult to get timely assistance. I hope Wonolo will consider offering phone support to better serve its workers.
Garbage
Company is complete garbage. Trash management leads to trash company standards. Customer service is non existent. You can’t reach a person to handle anything dealing with jobsites. Show up nobody there and nobody at Wonolo to handle the problem leaving you out to dry. Use Veryable, Jobstack, Instaworx…just google different work apps.

Limited work on this app
Been on this app for 6 months now total earnings have been $2,600.. because it’s very competitive once you hear that notification you have to accept the job sometimes without seeing the details or else someone else will take it. Most jobs pay under $14 an hour for hard labor work. Very limited on jobs here in the Dallas metro area. Most of their contracts are with Iron Mountain which are hard labor jobs with no flexibility in schedule. Their HR is Ai and getting in touch with someone is impossible. I don’t recommend this app

I have been locked out of my account since this morning. Password reset link never makes it to my e-mail when I try resetting it also I’ve been waiting for support to chat with me on a human agent which never happened so it’s officially been 13 hours and still no support only thing I can say we need to do better as being able to speak with the actual person.
