Item never received & Customer Service stopped responding
I purchased these earbuds awhile ago. I never received them. The tracking information even states the item didn’t make to my door. The company has filed an insurance claim and stopped responding. Have not issued a refund or sent a new item.

The application was free and excellent, and now it asks me for a monthly subscription to translate the speech. I never recommend it. I will buy another ready that works without calling the phone, for free and with the support of all languages.
Has to pay to use the translator
I’m using this translator earbuds for a year and it was fine until it started to show that I have to pay for ONLINE translations, like 17.99$ for a 128 coins. Previously it was only for offline translations but right now they want to charge for online translations too, even though it says “free online translation” when buying them. Very disappointing. Will look into another earbuds with such option.

Bait and switch
The product is sketchy at best, I repeatedly have to log off and on to get the translation to work, when I first bought the translators, no where in the product description did it say I would have to buy anything to use them, now I have to pay $17.99 a month for a substandard translation program that gives you more frustration than solution,

Misleading - no free offline mode
When I bought these, it said it supports an offline mode. Perfect! …except it doesn’t, unless you pay a lot more. I’m returning these. This should’ve been disclosed upfront.
Doesn’t have all languages
It’s a great app but the only issues is they my language is not on there😭i was soo disappointed. Can you guys add haitian creole to the list please.
Can’t get it off Chinese. Can’t get English no matter switching it or not.

Not free to use, need to pay
This is a false advertisement. When we purchased the device, it says no subscription needed. Wrong, I could not use it after a few free trial package time. You cannot download the offline translation unless you have a subscription. Totally waste of money.
Great if it works, but rarely works
I have tried several pairs of translation ear buds and finally ended up with these. The sound quality is fine, but the translation function was pretty cool. You can split the headphones between two people and have a conversation.
The app has to be bugged because it constantly says that WiFi is unstable, never mind that my wifi is outstanding. When the “wifi is unstable” it won’t translate.
Then you have the option of buying some languages to download. I tried to buy and it charged my Apple Pay but didn’t give me any coins. This app is a scam for sure

This is disgusting, outrageous, they took more money from me than expected.
This is unbelievable instead of $49.99 they charged me $88 nothing works when I try to start a transfer I put the earphone in my ear I am thrown back to the payment page and so hundreds of times nothing works I tried to pay for this for a year this is unfair why did you charge me twice as much as expected I sent a complaint about you to the App Store I wish you bad luck

You have to pay to use your translator
I bought a Bluetooth translator, now it asks me to pay 59 dollars and it’s told me to use use this app for your Bluetooth. Translator that I bought now it wants me to pay
Costly
Seemed buggy, repeating back what I said in my own language while typing it in Spanish. Anyway by the time I figured it out, it stopped working unless I played $58 a week.
